I was greeted warmly by Cali and immediately asked to use the restroom. It's down a long hallway, around the corner, kinda hidden. It was large, old and definitely in need of some renovation. Cali then lead me to a lovely little treatment room that smelled divine. You undress from the waist up, including jewelry and shoes. The treatment table was warm and cozy. Nothing burned or was uncomfortable. There was no hard selling of product and she explained the steps succinctly and easily. I booked last minute, and unlike a lot of other places that had long waitlists, she was able to get me in right away; which I really appreciated. I came in recently to get a hour microdermal facial and had a fairly pleasant time. Two things I noticed, the time wasn't really 60 minutes but that's ok bc facials shouldn't be too long anyways. Also I don't know if I like facials and having gloves- still in between on this. In Korea they don't wear gloves, or they wear very thin ones and I don't mind the skin contact. I haven't really found a facial place here in the South Bay but I found this through ClassPass and I did enjoy my time here. I had Dulce she was very sweet. I have very sensitive skin so the Microdermabrasion actually Burned the top layer of my skin it was extremely dry three days later but a week later my skin looks very fresh and my pores are a lot smaller.. I have a cucumber allergy and Dulce knew exactly what was in her ingredients bc she informed me she will leave out out a toner and moisturizer. I might come back thanks Dulce read more

A delightful unexpected find! I would never have found this place if it had not have been for Class Pass. I booked my brow wax on a Saturday for a very reasonable amount (7 credits). I was taken promptly with no wait. We discussed what I wanted to do and then I was done within 15 minutes. Dulce did a great job! The hardest part is trying to find this tiny little place so be sure to park by the Joann fabrics and go all the way through the store to the mall. Some spas I've been to the energy is stagnant, although Elle Marie Spa, I feel like I'd want to go back every week. And literally, the best massage I've ever had. J'von was my massage therapist. I got the custom full body. My body feels 100 times younger and I said right after, "I am healed" I did the oxygen bar after my massage. Loved all the scents. I had the anti-aging facial. I loved the small room, salt-rock lamp, and entire experience. The spa hand mitt was awesome, though I could have imagined that a bit longer. The heated spa mitt came off about a third or so of the way. I loved the steam at the start as well. Extractions were painful, but the adage: "no pain, no gain" comes to mind. I definitely needed it. I felt the experience in my core, which I did not expect. The upkeep products were pricey, but I did like the recommendations. I do not know if it is possible, but I would not have minded an offering of an upgraded package, which combines the microdermabrasion with the anti-aging facial. A day out, my face is still nice and smooth and at least to my eyes coloring is now uniform. I hope that lasts. I could also imagine a room infuser with the option of various scents that would last the course of the treatment. The steam part had a lavender scent, but an infuser would have been a nice touch. Yeah, I am being nitpicky. I loved the selection of music, spa music. If I remember, I will bring a small rubber ball with me the next time for use with extractions. Can one crush a rubber ball into pulp? read more
