Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Alpha Montessori. My oldest is graduating from Alpha this year. When she first arrived there, at three years old, after not so good experience at a different Montessori in Plano, she didn't talk to anyone and was not comfortable whenever any teacher other then the lead teacher enters the class room. After a few years in this caring environment, I can proudly say that she made wonderful friends, has excellent communication and is academically, socially and emotionally ready to be part of elementary school. Out of many positives that this Montessori has I am outlining few which helped my daughter - They have an open-door policy. I can come in and check the classroom surveillance cameras at any time. - The staff, and the owners have been, in my experience, very accommodating and understanding. Owner Ms. Rupali is very attentive to parents concerns/issues. Whenever I brought up a concern with Ms. Rupali she ensured it is handled in a way which is in best interest of the kid. We couldn't be happier with the progress we've seen in our 2-year-old daughter since enrolling her at Alpha Montessori. My son started Alpha Montessori when he was 4.10 years old. I love the teachers at Alpha Montessori (Plano). They are compassionate, caring, patient, and very loving toward the little ones. Miss. Dilshad, the head teacher of the big bend classroom is in particular phenomenal and uniquely gifted. The number and variety of crafts and projects that kids do at this school are very well-thought-out and tons of fun. After a thorough research on montessoris we finally picked alpha montessori for our 2 and a hlf year old daughter, and hands down it has been the best decision of our lives. The teachers here are very loving and we instantly saw a positive change in our daughter. She is learning new things everyday and becoming brave and confident. The procare app that they have, send notifications about each and every activity of our daughter and the teachers often post random pictures of her on the app that can be seen only by us, this is also a plus plus for us since she is our eldest and only child and sending her out in the world made us very anxious as first time parents. Alpha Montessori has ben a second home for my daughter. She started here when she was 1.5 years old and today she is 5. We did not find any reason to change her school. The teachers have always been nothing but kind and caring. They have understood her very well and make sure she is loved and made her feel at home. Our both kids grew up and ready for kindergarten through Alpha Montessori. As we are working parents and probably could not pay too much attention to our kids. Both kids gave us a surprise.
