We walked through the house and he took measurements and provided me the estimates throughout the house. We wanted to demo our house all the way to the studs. It was a big job. Scott's price was more than fair. Following Monday he and his crews came on time at 7am and started preparing the job site. 8am more crews came. By end of Monday a huge chunk of work was completed. Tuesday Scott hit the troublesome engineering wood floors. He contacted me and we worked out a solution. He completed work promptly even though the engineering wood floor took his majority of time. His work is professional and he takes care of his crews. The end result is a clean frame studs house and ready for the next remodeling work. We checked our house every night and chatted with our neighbors and wanted to make sure the neighbors are comfortable with the demo crews. Our neighbors reported back that we hired a good demo crew.
