It also won't be long before a teacher is in and out of employment here-- I'm talking, like, a week. And it's not the teachers' faults. From what I understand, from past and present teachers, there is no chance of open communication between Administration and teachers. They strive to do every little, tiny, miniscule thing by the book, therefore lacking a compassionate, tender attitude towards teachers, parents, and most importantly, our children. The teachers are so warm and friendly, and my son is so excited to get to day care in the morning. All of the staff members are very communicative, and Miss Jackie at the front office made sure to call my wife the first couple of days with updates because she had been so nervous about our son's transition. This is a wonderful center and they really make you feel like family.
