There are those that goes in there to socialize rather than to workout, or to sit down on the machinery to text on their smart phones than to use them. I have been going there for six months and no issues until I stop wearing my veteran's hat and showing my Yarmulke and while coming in singing Jewish Prayers as I have explained to the staff. This is why I left because I felt discriminated and marginalized for being Jewish. Therefore, I don't recommend this place.

They always keep parents informed of happenings with the kids. There is always a warm welcome, clear expectations for kids and parents, quality instruction, and so much love given daily by all of the teachers and staff. Music and yoga every week, along with tons of outside time as well as structured and choice time in the classroom. Both of our kids loved being part of the LCPC family.

How can you run a business and not like speaking to people or smile? I gave a 2 weeks notice for my son to leave, and was released before the 2 weeks. The teachers were great for my toddler, and ok for my pre schooler. I guess if you have perfect kids you should send them here, but if they have any flaws BEWARE!

My first experience was great but recently it just SLACKS TREMENDOUSLY in all areas. The director, mrs jackson, and here assistant director , Elizabeth , are TERRIBLE COMMUNICATORS. They each will tell the parent one thing on the phone only for it to change when they actually see you in person. They dont care about your situation or your kid just their pockets. If a process changes , like not accepting vacation days for a full week , they will not tell you until it is too late and make you pay out of pocket. Then they tell you that they will give you time to pay but they switch it up on you and try to tell you that they wont accept your child unless you pay immediately, even though paperwork in their handbook it says balances are due at the end of the week! Terrible that they expect someone who is poor and needs to have state assistance ,to be able to pull money out of nowhere same day in order to keep their day job....which is why children go in the first place. They have also misplaced my payments for days claiming it was never received and make you stand there (wasting your time) and watch them look for it and find it before allowing you to leave. They tried overcharging me for weeks when I first enrolled telling me I had a larger copay then i did.. Instead of giving the money back when they relized I was overpaying they held on to it until about a month later ,when I used all my vacation days , they told me " you have to pay out of pocket , the money you paid us for a copay you never had is going to applied to this balance". The infant room toys and exersaucer are ALWAYS DIRTY from babies puking on them and they dont clean it up , they just stick the the next kid in there to play with puked on toys. I brought this to their attention, they cleaned it one time during the 5 month period I was there. After that one time it was never clean on any given day. The infants are always sick because of LACK OF SANITATION. The teachers told me they are responsible for cleaning everything in their own room and there was no janitor to vacuum and wipe down surfaces and toys. There was a time that they OVERFED my daughter significantly and called me telling me I needed to come get my daughter from school because she was "uncomfortable ". Ive told them not to feed her certain foods but they did anyway. They told me my daughter had a rash and to come get her but nothing visible when I showed up. They intentionally do things to send your child home so you dont meet the required hours just so they can charge you out of pocket. They are an on an outdated system , only giving you a paper at the end of the day ,which are forged half the time to look like they did well caring for your child. Ive caught them lying about what time they fed her and changed her. They would write down they fed her at 245 when i picked her up at 2 or that she ate at home in the morning when they know she didnt. Everyone else is using the brightwheel app providing live updates. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILD A FAVOR AND FIND A DAYCARE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CHILD
