He has very low customer service skills and makes you feel like your option doesn't matter. He gets really defensive when you ask about bills or reach out to him about basically anything. You have to pay monthly for parking $75 a month and can only have one spot and if you park a 2nd car in guest parking you may get towed causing constant anxiety. I think they need to have the option to obtain parking permits for a 2nd vehicle. Other than that this building is clean and well kept. If they decide to replace Andy, we will likely renew our lease. Until then we won't.

While it may seem like a minor thing to some, there were 3 different square footage numbers. 1. Alicia Nardini's of Sequoia Realty Services square footage number of 1560 square feet. 2. County Records of 1525 square feet. 3. Actual measured square feet by appraiser of 1463 sq/ft which is a difference of almost 100 square feet, or a 10x10 room, compared to the listing agent's (Alicia Nardini) claim on the MLS. This misrepresentation, however minor depending on how you view it, created some issues on the appraisal especially at the sale of the home years later and in a hot market where contingencies are often waived, there wasn't many options left for us. I noticed that Alicia Nardini is mentioned in another unfavorable review on Yelp for a deceptive/misleading listing regarding the city. It certainly makes me wonder and hopefully will allow you as a reader to consider the facts and experiences of others. We felt wronged here and hope others can benefit from our education. We learned a valuable lesson and it certainly hurt our view of Sequoia Realty Services and Alicia Nardini. Make your own judgment and learn from this experience. Thanks for reading.
