Who are you, Alpha Vein, Frontline Medical, or Alpha Aesthetics? Having purchased laser treatments from their Aesthetics side. Rita and Tracy were both great estheticians and the treatment frequency was unclear as I was handed a glass of the figurative "kool-aid" to drink before they swiped my card for $2350. I was told by the physician himself, "You can come as much as you need, we will have your skin looking amazing, in fact we can start you're first treatment today!" Not at any time was I provided with a written treatment plan indicating exactly how many sessions I would be receiving, even after I had attempted to inquire with many staff member's in this office and could not get a direct answer! It was never documented in my chart during the first treatment and no initial photos were taken for before & after. I decided to defer future treatments with other commitments that took priority at the time. I returned back for the second treatment, again no sink in this room, and my face was cleansed with baby wipes, just weird. The physician came into the exam room and consulted with Tracy on settings and the treatment was performed. Months later (5+) I was finally able to get a definitive answer regarding the session allotment for the $2350 I had pre- paid prior and the total was only 3. I booked the last session and was now in another room for the treatment with a new, overly anxious, blond, curly haired, young tech who asked too many questions unrelated to my skin-specific treatment that day. When she asked, I told her I met the doctor when I was having some leg swelling last year, had a few vein treatments, and wasn't returning to the clinic after this last laser session. I was prepped by Rita and we chatted for a few minutes. When the gabby blonde returned she stood on my left and Rita proceeded with the treatment. At no time was I asked if this trainee could perform any passes with this laser during my treatment. However, I'm formerly certified on the Luminesse laser and aware it'll stop firing automatically. This girls hands shook incredibly, she was obviously nervous, but Rita was supervising her so I let it go since half of my face was already completed. What threw me, was her immature, baby voices she made with the utmost inappropriate comments "Now, let's zap those frown lines right-off your face!" I about lost it! Th treatment is over and I am now getting ready to leave, but not before the Dr. Pompous comes in and gaslights me in front of his employee and proceeds with "I heard you were shit-talking me and very angry!" He rambled on about how I didn't return months ago for a post-op ultrasound and I could still have venous insufficiency, .... I became so annoyed with him and his antics, I just collected my things, looked at Rita while her face was frozen with a look as if we were just bombed by the largest narcissist on the planet, and left like a professional. There was no point in calling out this piece of crap because he'd find some way to pin any fault back to me. I would never recommend this practice for whatever name it operates under on any given day. read more

I had appointment at 10am due to a accident on freeway I live Southwest Vegas it showed would not get there till -1018 am I called the staff they said due to ultrasound person having a 1030 appointment they would have to cancel .fast forward that afternoon I get a bill notice for a cancellation fee of 50.00 I called back they state for the ultrasound tech time which is bs .A accident is an unfortunate unseen condition .They refuse to waive fee .I then cancelled my appointment for next week and will never return .Unbelieveable poor customer service .I am a disabled senior on limited income .I will definitely share this with anyone and everyone ! read more

I'm really begging you not to even go here...... doctor Sassan Kaveh insure me that my veins will completely go away with these venal seal procedure it was painful!!!I was told within 2 days I'll be able to Go to work and feel normal not true at all .....for almost 9 months my legs were extremely in pain they feel bruised up in my veins of course still there he told me that eventually they will disappear and if not we can fix the problem well he will fix the problem or maybe not but he for sure wants to have more money by me coming in to his office. Well it has been more then a year. I pay all the co-pays and deductible and I received an additional bill that went to collection when I knew I even had like a vendetta $11 credit at the doctors office and they claim that I still owe money it is ridiculous they charge over $5000 to my insurance company and I paid over $700 and double deductibles plus all ultrasounds out-of-pocket and they still send a $48 bill to collection they are ridiculous . read more

Dr Sassan's Office scheduled us for an appointment that was two weeks from the day of our call. He sent us the paperwork to fill out for the initial visit and in that paperwork was one document that stated I would be charged $25 if I canceled the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. The day of my scheduled appointment arrived and their office calls me and says that they are canceling the appointment because they don't except our insurance. I am pretty sure they didn't just stop accepting my insurance that day. They probably weren't as thorough as they should have been during our initial call and now I have to schedule another appointment with another doctor that will probably be two weeks out as well. Dr. Kaveh and his staff have put together a really great medical practice. When you arrive, there's no crowded waiting room and the receptionist greets you with a smile. I visited the Alpha Vein Clinic for the first time a little over a year ago. My left leg was swollen, inflamed, cramping, and very itchy. The friendly staff greeted me, got all of my information, and got me in to see Dr. Sassan Kaveh very quickly. I remember his eyes getting big when he looked at my leg for the first time. I also remember him saying "We can help you." And that they did. It turned out I had multiple vein problems, and I underwent multiple procedures to get my legs back to normal. I was barely able to walk when I arrived at the clinic, and today, I am walking, running, exercising, losing weight, and getting my overall health under control. As someone who has moved around the country extensively and whose daughter is a physician in Colorado I have been treated by MANY different doctors, clinics, urgent cares etc. Alpha Medical Group, Dr. Sassan Kaveh and his staff are professional, personable, provide quality medical treatment and all of the associated medical administration. Overall, his practice is the best I have been a patient at. I have been his patient for three years and as am I getting up in years have a few medical issues. The reason for the 3 rating is a weighted average between experience with the staff (which was excellent) then end result discussion with the physician. As stated experience with staff was great. Everyone was professional, smiling, great bedside manner. After the testing when I was discussion the results with the doctor, he was very nonchalant (which isn't necessarily bad) about the results and basically just explained the corrective procedure and the cost; which also wasn't a problem. That being said, without insurance the procedures are expensive. What I deduced from the discussion was that the procedure is cosmetic/optional and I assumed the stage of my condition wasn't life threatening; at least he didn't say it was. After leaving I just wished that I had used the $300+ for a bill instead. read more

Please read why I'm only giving Dr. Sassan Kaveh 2 stars! The staff at this office are great! Linda at the front desk greets you with an energetic smile and has an excellent attitude when helping you. All of the medical assistants are great as well. I was very impressed at their consistency at all my visits. Very rarely do you receive this with multiple visits. Dr. Kaveh himself is a very nice person and will explain the procedure he does there at his clinic. And there is no doubt in my mind that everyone he's helped has been satisfied with their results and with him as their doctor. However, my experience with him has left me extremely upset. I made an appointment with this clinic based off of the reviews I read online and doing research. I went to see him for spider veins I have. The wait times to get back to see the doctor were a bit long. And the wait is even longer when you get to your room. But that can be looked past. At my first visit, Dr. Kaveh came in and looked at the spider veins I had and then started talking about the procedure he performs for varicose veins. He explained that my spider veins could be the start of a bigger problem caused by big varicose veins even thought I wasn't showing any. He stated that he wouldn't want the spider vein treatment to be a temporary fix only. He told me I would need to take an ultrasound to check my veins. It made perfect sense to me and I understood what he was saying. My second appt. I went in for my ultrasound. Michael did my test. He was very nice, personable, and professional. After the test, I saw the doctor afterwards to review the results. He said the ultrasound didn't detect anything and the results didn't show anything. He suggested me having a 2nd test done at a different time in my day where my veins would show more activity. I asked him again about my spider veins. I said since the ultrasound didn't show anything, could I just take care of my spider veins? He looked at them again and told me that they were not that bad and I didn't have a lot of them, so he would do them for a small fee. He still wanted me to take the 2nd ultrasound test anyway. So I scheduled a 3rd early morning appointment. After having the ultrasound done, I was to see him afterwards for the results. I waited in the back room for 50 minutes! I decided I wasn't going to wait any longer. I walked out, but then his assistant went and grabbed him from the break room and told him his patient was walking out. He immediately came and saw me. I explained to him that I was going to just call for my results because I had to leave. He said that's okay and he then gave me my results. This time the ultrasound picked up activity in my veins and he told me I can make an appointment to have the procedure done for Venous Reflux Disease. I took the information in and then asked about my spider veins again. I asked if I wanted to wait on that procedure until I do more research and get a second opinion, can I just take care of my little spider veins now? He then asked to see my veins again, he then told me they were too small for him to do. He said they probably needed laser treatment and they didn't do that procedure in his clinic. He said he would refer me to some dermatologist! I couldn't believe it. This is something he could have told me at my first visit! Instead, he told me yes, but wanted to deal with the underlying problem if their even was one. He pushed for this Venous Reflux procedure. And after 3 appointments and 2 ultrasounds later, he then told me that he couldn't get rid of my spider veins! The issue I came in for in the first place. So looking at the big picture. Alpha Medical Group got (3) copays of $25.00 each, plus $214.00 for the ultrasound. Total of $289.00. And a lot of my wasted time! It would have been nice for him to tell me that he was unable to take care of my spider veins at my first visit. He also said he would not even be able to take care of them if I had the Venous Reflux procedure done! So it was a lose lose for me either way. Not cool! read more

I have been with Dr Kaveh for over 2yrs. Today was my last visit... It seems he is over booking patients causing waiting times averaging up to 1hr to 2hrs plus. Out of my last 3 visits I have walked out unseen. I value my time.. Past 4 months he continued to experiment with prescribing me blood pressure meds with none seeming to work and NEVER giving explanation why or when giving new the possible side effects.. Dr. Wished me to do a sleep study I choose and stated I didn't wish to do so... So Dr Kaveh acted in my opinion very childish by my denial for the sleep study he refused to prescribe me my other meds that he has prescribed over the last 2 yrs... If I knew he was so sensitive maybe I should of said I will think about it... Thin skinned baby who didn't get to collect more money from me cause I didn't wish to do an unnecessary study...
