My children both LOVE to go to school and speak so highly of their teachers. My older son gets upset when I pick him up early as he would stay till close if he had it his way! This is a testament to the teachers who make it a safe, fun, interactive and happy place for children to learn and grow. My son who is in preschool comes home eager to tell me about the Science experiments that he participated in, brings home arts and crafts on a daily basis and is able to identify and write all of his letters and numbers. The staff takes such a nurturing approach with the children. I can remember when my younger son was in the infant room and a colic baby, how calm and supportive the staff were with him and with me. They are so willing to meet your baby/toddler where they are and provide support for their individual needs. The director is very approachable and always available to talk about your child's behavioral and social emotional progress. She truly puts the children first and it is evident in her staff as well. Their kind, empathetic and patient demeanor is what makes them so wonderful. I always say it takes a village to raise children and I am just so grateful that the staff at TLCC are part of ours!

The teachers are so sweet and comforting and now she is totally out of her shell. My daughter found it comforting to play with one of the teacher's necklaces when she was having a moment. The teacher made her one that looked just like it and a year later it is still her favorite. They treat all of the kids like they are their own. In addition, she has learned SO much I keep joking around that she will be bored in kindergarten. They do individualize knowledge assessments and lesson plans. Over the years, I've never had a negative experience with any of the teachers or staff she's had the privilege of knowing. As a mom, there's no greater comfort than knowing your child is surrounded by so many caring adults. It truly feels like she has a second family there, and that's something I could never provide on my own. The amount she has learned amazes me. Almost every day she comes home with new vocabulary, funny expressions, better manners, and new skills. Even learning to share has been something she's picked up there. Watching her confidence and independence grow has been incredible. One of my favorite parts of Over the Rainbow is the communication. I love receiving photos throughout the day, and it's always easy to reach her teachers when I have a question. I also appreciate how much effort they put into family events. While I can't always attend because of work, they're always thoughtful and well organized. The kindergarten graduation ceremony was by far the sweetest event I've attended--it was so clear how much the staff genuinely love and care about the children. My almost two year old talks about his teacher Ms. Ally all the time and loves all his teachers so much! Both teachers and the school admin team are warm, friendly and always accommodating. The school provides snacks and lunch which saves me a ton of prep time at home and have several additional enrichment classes that are all included in the cost. Also, the playgrounds are BEAUTIFUL and so much FUN. They even take the kids out in the winter which I feel like rarely happened where we went previously. I highly recommend this school!
