The woman in charge of the infant room walked around holding the center managers 4 year old every day. Are you kidding me? You have infants that need to be held. They didn't know how to treat breast milk and warmed it up so much it was burning hot. Even the other kids were dirty. They didn't change my babies diaper enough and she had horrible diaper rash that she never had since. This was 3 years ago and I still get livid just thinking about it. I'm always apprehensive to leave my child with anyone, but she immediately invited me over to see where my child would be and to meet her. She was very warm and welcoming. She's a mom, it's very apparent that she cares for your child the way she cares for her own 2!
