I wanted it to look new again and that's exactly what he was able to do. The interior looks brand new. My golden retriever had gotten hair at everybody that has ever had a gold that knows how much hair they get off and I was shocked at how much hair was in the back. Now I look back there and there's not one here. It's totally clean. He also talked me into a nice wax on the exterior and now when you drive up to my truck, it looks absolutely brand new. All the little paint, transfers, and door dings I paid extra. I have him get off. I have very low expectation that they would go away, but when I walked up after he cleaned it. When i picked up the car they hadn't even wiped down the inside of the car. I asked him to do it and he did it using no elbow grease and didn't go over the inside again when I asked. I had to take the bottle and rag from him and do it myself. On the drive back to my daughter's apartment I found more and more that wasn't cleaned and lots of dust left behind. I paid almost $400 for a job I could have had done at a regular car wash and they would have done a better job. I would not recommend them and I would not take my car to this shop.
