The staff is all very nice, and helpful, I never have a problem with getting an appointment when I need it or worrying about a mix up with my information at the front desk. There's never a long wait to see the DR or the massage therapists like in some practices. The usual visit goes like this: I'm greeted right away, step into a room for a really good massage, and next enjoy some of Dr Alex's own blend of tea or a glass of water just before I see the DR for an adjustment. Depending on my reason for a visit, I may also receive either cupping, acupuncture, or some kind of stretching or muscle stimulation therapy (I don't know the technical terms for everything). I'm a true believer in acupuncture, as it was something that I found very useful while living in Illinois, to help me with various issues. It is really hard to find a DR here that does both chiropractic and acupuncture! Thank you Dr. Alex! P.S. Ask for the tea, with honey...Mmm!

What brought me to the chiropractor was neck pain when I tilted my head to the right and held my neck down. At first, I thought it may have been a crick in my neck, but after a couple of days with no ease up, I felt I might've needed an alignment. Something just felt out of place. The Groupon deal I selected offered a consultation, exam, x-ray, and 2 spinal adjustments for $34. This to me was a perfect deal, so I made an appointment as soon as I bought the Groupon. The Staff: The staff were extremely nice. I had the pleasure of being tended to by Dr. Robyn Sheridan, who is phenomenal. She took the time to hear my issues and concerns in order to bring me more comfort. The Adjustment: The first appointment consists of the consultation, exam, and x-ray. On my second visit, Dr. Robyn went over my x-ray and showed me the issue of what was causing me discomfort. I then laid on the table where she began to do the alignment based on my x-ray and her touch. First was my back that she saw had a slight twist in my spine. Two quick pushes on my back and I felt a relief I didn't know I needed. Next and most importantly, was my neck. THE REASON I'M HERE. She told me to relax and explained what she was going to do before she did it. She jerked my neck to both sides where my neck cracked so loud, it sounded like popcorn. When I stood up, I felt no pain in my neck whatsoever. My issue was completely solved! * After the adjustment, I was taken to a different table where I had a muscle stimulator massage. This definitely felt weird at first, but became more relaxing as time progressed. On the next visit, I was given a similar adjustment with a similar stimulator massage. Overall, this place is AMAZING. I definitely plan to continue coming here for adjustments in the near future.

In response to the previous 1 star reviews, I did not have a similar experience. Yes, at the beginning the pressure was too much. I simply asked for less pressure, and the masseuse adjusted the pressure. I made it very clear that I only wanted a 30 minute massage. I told him I was meeting my daughter afterwards, therefore I could not stay longer. If you think the length of the massage will be an issue, then I would suggest setting the timer on your phone to go off after 20 or 30 minutes. Language was not a barrier. All of the people I interacted with had basic English skills. They speak to each other in Chinese, but they understood everything I was saying in English, and they responded back to me in English. Michael gave me the 30 minute chair massage. He focused on my back, shoulders and neck. The neck massage near the end is definitely the best part. He really gave a great massage. At the end Michael gave me a frequent purchaser card. Apparently you can save $10 after 10 ten minute massages. He also gave me a small (8 oz) cold bottle of water. I would suggest drinking a lot of water afterwards to keep yourself hydrated and flush out the toxins from your body. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because the wait times can be too long, and they don't have enough people scheduled on the weekends. When I first approached the business, there were two men giving massages to two people. When I came back later, these two men were giving a massage to one person. One guy was focused on the back, and the other guy was focused on the feet. The female employee came out and told me it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait. I decided to sit down and wait, but it was not much longer. It appeared as though they were giving him a 60 minute massage. On the weekends, they should limit people to 30 minute massages, and they should schedule more employees. I observed many potential customers walking away because the wait times were simply too long. I'll definitely be return, but I may try a weeknight, because they appear to be very busy on the weekends.
