Dr. Chris and his team are phenomenal after one adjustment I was able to stand up straight no longer stuck in a bent over position after sitting for an extended period of time. All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. After I was in an automobile accident, I came back to North Fulton chiropractic for my treatment and they went above and beyond to make me feel better and relieve my pain . I loved the various modalities they incorporated including a hot pack before my adjustment all of the specialized services for helping me get my body back to normal after my car accident. I appreciate all of the attention and positive welcome that you get every time you step in the door. I began getting periodic massages for my chronic pain and they are very knowledgeable in understanding how to relieve pain. I once again returned to NFCC for help with my latest health condition knowing they had been there every time before to help get me back to my best life! Words can't even begin to explain what a life changer getting a lymphatic massage was for me. I had been too many doctors and tried many over-the-counter supplements, minerals, vitamins, B12 shots, ect to help with my various conditions that were unexplainable still not diagnosed however after one lymphatic massage I no longer had headaches, no longer had chronic fatigue, and even my pain and sleep improved tremendously overall my quality of life had improved so much. Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

In response to the previous 1 star reviews, I did not have a similar experience. Yes, at the beginning the pressure was too much. I simply asked for less pressure, and the masseuse adjusted the pressure. I made it very clear that I only wanted a 30 minute massage. I told him I was meeting my daughter afterwards, therefore I could not stay longer. If you think the length of the massage will be an issue, then I would suggest setting the timer on your phone to go off after 20 or 30 minutes. Language was not a barrier. All of the people I interacted with had basic English skills. They speak to each other in Chinese, but they understood everything I was saying in English, and they responded back to me in English. Michael gave me the 30 minute chair massage. He focused on my back, shoulders and neck. The neck massage near the end is definitely the best part. He really gave a great massage. At the end Michael gave me a frequent purchaser card. Apparently you can save $10 after 10 ten minute massages. He also gave me a small (8 oz) cold bottle of water. I would suggest drinking a lot of water afterwards to keep yourself hydrated and flush out the toxins from your body. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because the wait times can be too long, and they don't have enough people scheduled on the weekends. When I first approached the business, there were two men giving massages to two people. When I came back later, these two men were giving a massage to one person. One guy was focused on the back, and the other guy was focused on the feet. The female employee came out and told me it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait. I decided to sit down and wait, but it was not much longer. It appeared as though they were giving him a 60 minute massage. On the weekends, they should limit people to 30 minute massages, and they should schedule more employees. I observed many potential customers walking away because the wait times were simply too long. I'll definitely be return, but I may try a weeknight, because they appear to be very busy on the weekends.
