If you account get's overdrawn, they charge you continuous multiple fee's yet the only way they alert you is via MAIL 7 DAYS LATER.. all while charging you for the days that your account is over drawn. I did not have an appointment, but I decided to stop by the branch and see if anyone could help. As I walked in, there was a line of customers waiting for teller services. As I passed a semi-enclosed office, I asked Stefan Sortland if there was anyone available to notarize my document. It was already 1:20 p.m., and he had a customer with a 1:30 p.m. appointment arriving shortly. After looking at my document, Stefan simply said, "Sure, I can do it." Within about 10 minutes, everything was completed and I was on my way. What impressed me most was that he could have easily told me that I needed an appointment and turned me away. But the bottom line is, Jessica and her cohorts wasted our time. Five months of our time. We are trying to build a business, by renovating a 16,000 sq ft building! We are extremely busy people!
