Impossible to get help when needed, their fraud prevention was pathetic, and their system seems to be from the era of AOL on CD's. The manager Cathleen took 3 days to respond after I called 4 different customer service lines, transferred to multiple people, and only spoke to one kind person the entire time. I went to this bank as a small business looking to support other small businesses and I can not say enough negative things about this bank. If you account get's overdrawn, they charge you continuous multiple fee's yet the only way they alert you is via MAIL 7 DAYS LATER.. all while charging you for the days that your account is over drawn. I had long since stopped using this account and somehow it got connected and over drawn and there response for their online banking notifications not working..."I'm sorry." I did not have an appointment, but I decided to stop by the branch and see if anyone could help. As I walked in, there was a line of customers waiting for teller services. As I passed a semi-enclosed office, I asked Stefan Sortland if there was anyone available to notarize my document. It was already 1:20 p.m., and he had a customer with a 1:30 p.m. appointment arriving shortly. After looking at my document, Stefan simply said, "Sure, I can do it." Within about 10 minutes, everything was completed and I was on my way. What impressed me most was that he could have easily told me that I needed an appointment and turned me away.
