A new addition to Alpine! A good selection of flavors that change periodically. I love the coconut and mango! Lots of toppings available including fresh fruit. They charge by the ounce, seems on point compared to other frozen yogurt places. Service isn't particularly friendly, but they do have a point program linked to your phone number for frequent visitors - you always have to ask for it though. You want 5 stars? This place is amazing!!! Great yogurt, they have different flavors every time we come and the toppings are delicious!!!! It's per oz! And for $5.00 you get a lot!!!!!!!!! Join there rewards program too, spend $50 and get a $5 reward, basically it's buy 10 get one!!! Did I also mention that there staff is super friendly!!! Such good froyo...my boyfriend and I prefer it over Menchies and Yogurtland. Always amazing customer service and very clean. My only suggestion would be Cookies N Cream as a constant flavor...all the employees say it is a favorite yet it is never there! It's good! Been waiting for this place to open for months! Went in to check them out today and it is a nice place with a good vibe. Kind of a Menchie's set up but not quite as pricey and just as tasty. Actual FRESH (not frozen/thawed) fruit toppings and a decent selection of dry toppings. Not as much of a bargain as Yogurt Mill, but since Alpine Chill is not in El Cajon I consider it a fair trade for convenience and atmosphere. I hope they keep their website updated with the day's flavors so I don't have to call and bother someone. They will probably see a lot of our family year round. read more

Today was my first visit to this yogurt shop. I got two large vanillas to take back to the office. It was the very best vanilla frozen yogurt and was a HUGE hit with everyone. I had a chance to meet the management team at Alpine Chill and they were incredibly nice. We love this place, especially when they have a fill-up deal. The tart flavor is excellent. The place is super clean, and the interior is bright and cheerful. The employees are very nice. It is self serve with plenty of flavor choices in frozen yogurt (both non- and low-fat) and soft serve ice cream and sorbet too. We were greeted at the door and the self serve process and pricing were explained. Lots of yummy toppings and the yogurt was GREAT! Yum! Yum! Yum! Just tried the frozen yogurt at Alpine Chill and I am rubbing my tummy in delight. I had the caramel popcorn flavor with twix bar topping and it was soooo good. The yogurt is super creamy and smooth. My boys were with me and they had fun picking out their choice from something like 12 different self serve flavors. One picked cheesecake and the other had chocolate. We took some tart home for Dad with Cap'n crunch on top. The store itself is really cute, decorated up in a sort of old time ice cream shop meets modern times theme. Very light, cheerful and most importantly, clean! I am so impressed with this place. My sister was really craving ice cream so I stopped by around 830 to get her some. Unfortunately they had just changed their hours and closed at 8! Then a miracle happened. A kind woman from the back of the store walked to the door and let me in. She didn't seem irritated or anything. Then 5 more people came while I was there. So she turned on all the lights and was open for business. You don't see customer service like that anymore. Made my (and my sister's) night. I will be back. read more
