Came here today with the kiddos for celebrating the kids doing so well in school with fellow charter homeschoolers and had a great time. I love they have outdoor covered seating for those who want to just chill. The parking can be quite busy but plenty can be accessed on the other side of the trolley depot. The staff are super friendly. Easy ordering system with 3 kiosk systems in use. Cookies made fresh daily and so yummy. The kids enjoyed the chocolate chip, a French toast, s'more, and chocolate brownie & pink icing cookies and a pop tart cookie which some we have had but it was a treat for them to try the new ones. The cookies in this place are amazing, a little sweet to my liking but every now and then I can handle it haha. We got the Snicker Doodle, Toffee, Raspberry and Christmas tree cookie. They were all delicious. I went in Dec 6 at about 9:30-10pm and the service was absolutely terrible hahaha I guess you can say absent. I drove really far to get a brownie that I ordered on my app today .There's only one worker working so I waited for a while for the lady to tell me that they don't have any brownies and that they can give me a cookie instead, even though the brownie is a dollar more, she really didn't care. She didn't feel bad. It was an awful customer service experience and also how dare you ask for a three dollar tip every time you order something with this type of customer service. read more

CRUMBL SANTEE Crumbl at Santee is pretty easy to navigate, and if you're travelling by the trolley, it stops right at the Santee stop center! Dropping you right in front of Crumbl. Easy parking on a plaza if you're in the car, place is super clean and nice. Workers were pleasant and polite. We got 4 cookies and the process of using a giftcard was super simple. Unfortunately I have bid Crumbl a final goodbye. After being a longtime regular customer, NYE 2025 was my last visit. I preordered 6 cookies for the special 6 for 4. I arrived to a line out the door and an announcement regarding the cookies that were 'sold out'. Apparently the preorder did not ensure the cookies would be there when I arrived to pick them up. Most of the cookies I ordered were sold out and I was not interested in what they had left. Order canceled. This is after I've finished other errands, drove to Crumbls, parked and went into the store (in the rain) only to be told that I did not have a cookie order at all. This is not the first time this has happened and frankly I don't need the hassle. If I preorder (and pay) for dessert, I expect it to be ready for pickup when I arrive. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store was extremely busy and I was informed that several cookies were sold out. I completely understood, especially given that it was New Year's Eve, and I waited patiently. Your staff was friendly and apologetic, which I truly appreciated. My only concern was that one of my large cookies was substituted with two mini cookies due to the large cookie being unavailable. I was not asked about this substitution beforehand, and unfortunately, two mini cookies are not comparable in size or value to one large cookie. In my opinion, four mini cookies would be a more equivalent substitution for one large cookie. Although often tasty and with typically bright and friendly customer service, given the popularity and high volume of traffic, the Santee Crumbl Location often Crumbl(e)s under the pressure, allowing for errors and imperfections. Just because something is done quickly doesn't mean it's being done efficiently. For instance, here in this image our order was made due to the selling out of one of the popular cookies (understandably so). However, the replacement they provided did not equal the value spent, and it felt as though the staff were too preoccupied with an onslaught of online orders and ongoing customers to make an attempt to resolve it. Rather than ignoring the problem or a potential uncomfortable conversation, perhaps a bit of accountability or initiative could've been shown to maintain the typical status quo of the business. TLDR: Usually Crumbl Cookie is solid (although admittedly rich in flavor and in price) but given their popularity are allowing for customer service to gradually take a backseat. read more

This was my first time to a Crumbl. I learned this is definitely a grab and go place, no decor, no places to sit and very clinal looking. There is a just a screen with the ordering options and an iPad underneath for quick pick up ( I personally dislike a menu on a screen). There is one board when you get to the register that has the available cookies to look at ( no cases) . I had the blueberry cheesecake and it was very good, soft and chewy and they are pretty big.
