Instead of apologizing, Brett Stevens (dude wears a soul patch, lol), recorded our conversation without my consent -- he threatened to sue for defamation for writing a one star review. I have nothing to gain by reporting an unsafe driver who publicly advertises a company I have never dealt with and never will. Obviously this company does not have a safety culture and doesn't care how their employees represent the business.
