I contacted them and they said it is not covered under their warranty and falls under "tolerance". So if you can tolerate a screen that won't keep the bugs out, this is for you. Update: I was out-of-state last week when they reached out. I apologized and let them know I was away due to a friend's death. I responded as soon as I got back. I took a screenshot of their reply. They stated "Unfortunately,this is going to be within our tolerance and not covered under warranty. We apologize for any inconvenience.
