You get high quality vinyl windows for a competitive price. The windows are just like the displays they will show you, so they are well built and look great (they are manufactured and shipped by Alside). More than likely it will be a worthwhile upgrade over whatever stock windows your house came with. My experience was really swell. Had very competent installers come out. They did the job very quickly and they cleaned up well after. Smooth as butter, in other words. Your mileage may vary. Don't forget to remove the blinds if you have them. You can leave the brackets in, just make sure the blinds are down before the installers show up to cut down on the install time and make their life a little easier. Some of those windows can be real heavy. Highly recommended.

They worked quickly, took 2 days for 7 windows and 2 patio doors. LEI also re-sided my house. The original siding was almost 40 years old and was falling apart. I mow have beautiful vinyl siding. I will never have to worry about painting or other maintenance. The installers were great. They worked pretty much till dusk. They were quiet and considerate, did not really hear them which was good since I had multiple video calls while they were here. Highly recommend LEI.

I did a lot of research on window types and companies. Matt was very knowledgeable answering all questions. Took a picture of our house to show what a new front door would look like. Our 23 windows and front door were measured twice to ensure they fit perfectly. The Legacy installation crews were polite, efficient, and meticulous. Numerous compliments from neighbors. Windows keep the heat down and let light in making the house much brighter inside. Matt kept in touch through the whole project and was very easy to deal with. Today we had Legacy replace the remainder of our old windows. Had some challenges for them in the kitchen and bathroom and they came through. Windows look great inside and out. Rooms were left cleaner than when they came!

According to the contract, the windows come with a life time warranty for as long as we own the house. Fast forward to 2026, one of the windows counter balances broke. I contact Legacy back in May to get the window repaired. If I understood correctly, the company was sold to the current owners. The name is the same and as far as I am concerned, if you buy the company, you honor the contracts. They balked but reluctantly agreed. Only thing is, they do not follow through. I started this in May. I have had several text conversations, everyone of which I had to initiate. I was made promises, none of which were ever kept. I finally decided to contact NT Windows (to day is Aug 12 2026) directly and have them fix it. I am out $152.00 but the window is fixed and I no longer have to deal Greg making promises that will never be kept. Moral of the story, if you have issues with this company after the fact, don't expect anything to get resolved, at least not very quickly. That is no way to run a company.

The left patio door does not glide smoothly and is difficult to open and close. The left hand door screen arrived damaged. The only electrical outlet in the back yard they installed is not working. I give US Energy 2 stars for the job they have done thus far, but since John has become unresponsive and non-communitive for the last 6 months that is all that is warranted. If they want a better review all John has to do is follow up and do what he promised to do.

I called around to multiple companies (3 just didn't answer or ever call back?) and US Energy came back with the best quote and value overall. They provided us multiple quotes for some different options we were weighing, and were great about working with us to make sure the door we were getting would meet our needs. Their contractors were very responsive and arrived on-time, and while we had to wait a bit longer for the door to be shipped, US Energy was also very communicative about when the door was expected to arrive and scheduled with us the very next day after it arrived for installation. The installation went smoothly, and we LOVE our new door. We'll definitely use US Energy in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for any exterior door replacement.
