I was not expecting such great service or to run into such a knowledgeable professional staff. I worked with Rachael and Tom. Tom was very knowledgeable, very comfortable to work with. Rachael was a font of excellent information and support in the health areas I had concerns in. There was not a question I had where she didn't have a solid answer. I have been to other shops in Boulder and have felt like number or sales target - NOT here.. Rachael and Tom were a breath of fresh air with real knowledge and fantastic customer service. I did not feel out of place or talked down to. I felt like my needs actually mattered. I had been very hesitant to try anything I would need, but they made it possible for me make informed decisions and with zero pressure. I am benefitting from what I purchased. The standard that all other Dispensaries should follow. There isn't that/ "We're here to F you over with F'up high prices disguised with smiles" no these dudes are genuinely here to help. It almost feels like I'm entertaining a Holistic Hospital a special place filled with special people/bud tenders/employees that love there job and love me too because we all share this love that we all have. I've never felt screwed over at this place (never). Side Note: One night (I'd been out all week suffering) I got there right at closing on a Friday night. I was clearly the last customer. I knew they were tired wanted to go home and figured they'd lock the door and not let me in. However in this particular instance, instead of them locking the door to go home, they left the door unlocked for me to come in. This place is absolutely amazing! They have a great selection from suckers, cannabis, oils, different vape flavors, Fresh baked goods, etc. it is very neat clean and tidy here which is something I find very important. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing to remember is the only except cash I thought this included debit cards but it doesn't. no worries though they have an ATM inside the store to accommodate their customers. If you're looking for a good dispensary, I highly recommend alpine essentials! This was my first time going there and my experience couldn't have been any better! Well, that's not true. Tonight I came into a dispensary like I was told to after I sent the email of my Clogged pen like I was told to And got accused of breaking carts on purpose and basically accused of stealing to genuinely go into a dispensary and spend money and only ask for what honestly gets broken And to get told then go somewhere else or you're doing something clearly basically he accused me of purposefully trying to steal from y'all and trying to break carts on purpose. There have been three times I can think of where a cart hasn't really worked and I didn't even say anything. Because i only do so when the cart is unusable. Saying I'm Lying when you can clearly see these pictures that the cart is so clogged it's bubbling up in this was taken maybe 10 hours after I bought it. Never was outside in heat only in room temp not upside down either. and it's already that low and clearly just clogged. within 45 seconds of me walking up told me that he wasn't going to be replacing anything and that, I'm in here all the time wanting things for free and wanting to try to get one over on y'all. There is nothing that I'm trying to lie or purposely break carts as you can see in these pictures if y'all wanted to tell me that I was breaking carts on purpose or lying I just wish you would've told me over the phone. I don't understand telling someone to come in get a refund not even a refund. All I wanted was a gram Car .5 and he said no you're doing this and then this is the second time he told me that he thinks I'm purposefully breaking the carts and he was like I don't know anything about that. I haven't seen you in here but then he said that he always sees me in there new carts for free so it just didn't make sense I definitely wish I hadn't yelled and gotten pulled out of character, but when you get accused of pretty much stealing and lying after you were told to come back, so crazy. He didn't even ask any questions. He just immediately within 30 seconds of turning around he was turned back around and was like no you're not getting anything. The sad part is i am just someone trying to buy weed from a dispensary and have it work. I took your cart right out of the bag and it was clogged genuinely so at the end of a long day. All I was doing is following instructions and was accused of stealing when clearly you can see that the card doesn't work. That's my fault for even thinking that he would do as he said he would, so the only thing I would say about them is that if their products don't work more than once still accuse you of doing it on purpose which is really sad i'm sure he'll say he was scared and I was crazy, but I don't know if I was that scary because he was laughing at me most of the time and immediately decided that I was stealing from you guys. Which again I wish he would've said here is our policy. This is where it says that this is where I warned you of that or he could've been like you can come back and talk to the other guy or something but instead he said that he was the only guy and that, I couldn't know any information or talk to the guy who told me to come back he just has it in his head and I'm stealing from you guys and I genuinely am not. I was nervous about him and asked the other guy who promised he would not give me a hard time. It is what it is. I'm just one person not like you guys care but just once in a lifetime bad experience at a dispensary and again I've been going to dispensaries around town for seven years now and have never had an issue never been accused of stealing or purposefully, breaking carts. I don't know why he thinks I'm trying to steal from yall but i was not. To spend that much money on something and have to just be SOL is sad. I'm ultimately disappointed that someone decided I'm doing something I'm not and had no explanation for it. read more

Location both had Rec/ Med so I didn't have to have the hassle of going to that long process of showing my card (outta) state.
