Employees don't argue with customers and act aggressively. Employees don't insist you are wrong when in fact, the customer (I) was right. It's not my fault you don't know your product. Do better ffs. I am 21 with autism and that makes it hard for me to talk and make eye contact, I also have sensory issues and pain in my joints. I use weed to help my insomnia, joint pain and I've noticed my sensory issues have lessened. I first ordered online and was nervous so I called and they guided me exactly how to get access to the registers, where the product is. They accepted my form of ID, gave me my ordered and I paid. Once I got a lot more comfortable it became easier to ask questions, I'm most comfortable with the two women I've spoken to so far. When I asked my questions, the ladies gave fast, simple, straightforward answers that also gave a good explanation. I doubt they know I have autism, many don't know, however that helped me so much because too much talking and information can overstimulate me lol. I've been coming here for a couple of years with myself and multiple friends that I've brought to…read morethis business and have spent thousands of dollars. After my last review , they fired the person who was giving everyone all of the issues so I decided to give them another try. The team lead David has always been great as well as a couple other associates until today. I had a very bad interaction with an employee named Daniel today and asked to have a different employee service me, that employee was very rude and rolled his eyes and was bickering with me back-and-forth before asking for someone else to come help me. When I addressed this issue with the manager, nothing was done about the situation and in fact the manager got upset with me and aggravated the situation and told me that she is was going to refuse my business because I said I'm leaving another poor review . Again, I have spent thousands of dollars with this business and have a very good relationship with most of the employees here as I am a frequent customer , at least 2-3 times a week . David has always been extremely respectful, customer based and has never gave me any problems. The main manager Tammy or what ever her name is , is the one that literally told me she was going to refuse my business if I do a review . The owner seems so cool and a lot of the employees are great but these bad eggs are going to be the downfall of this business . I Will not be back personal ! Find somewhere else . There's to many Dips in the city to deal with
