We were 8K miles and 9 days into the 2019 Iron Butt Rally (11 days 11K miles) when we got a un-pluggable flat tire in TX near the Mexico border. In order to stay in the rally, we needed to get the tire fixed ASAP and get back on the road. We called a dozen shops (car & motorcycle repair) within a 100 mile radius and Alpine saved the day. They offered to come get us, but we already had AAA on the way. They had a tire in stock and were ready when we rolled up. They got the bike on the lift and replaced the tire quickly.
