Jenn was the one who I had called to reserve it. We had reserved a jayco trailer back in September. We called the company to ensure that we could reserve the jayco Travel trailer unit 6502 and deliver it to our spot. We were told yes and to also reserve it online. We did. We were unable to make our deposit online due to an issue with the people who process the cards. We were unaware of this. Jenn told us she would process the deposit of $200 for us and process payments weekley with the balance due 3 days before departure date. She never processed it. I reached out to Jenn a few times about the payment process because I was not seeing any payments come out of my account. 3 days before we're supposed to make a 10 hour road trip, I'm worried I don't have a trailer because jenn is unresponsive. I finally get ahold of someone at the office. Dan. He assures us that we do have a camper reserved. I then proceed to tell him that we also were paying to have it delivered. He was unaware. Dan then proceeded to tell me that the trailer we reserved isn't the trailer we will be receiving. That someone else also booked the Jayco Unit 6502. So now we have no clue what trailer we will be receiving once we get there. Finally we hear from Jenn regarding the payments that she has not processed. So now instead of making payments we pay $1,768 upfront. Not what we agreed on. As jenn and Dan are setting up our camper at our site we get a call from a friend that was helping them saying yalls camper still has all the sewage in it so they have to go take it to dump it. Jenn apparently thought it was funny that not only our camper we paid for still has bowel movements in there but also smells god awful. We get to the camper it stinks, clearly hasn't been cleaned because there is a wad of gum stuck on the bed side table. So not only do they charge you a cleaning fee, but they also aren't delivering clean trailers, nor the camper you actually reserved. My spouse has cancer so comfort was extremely important to us. That's why we reserved the jayco. The trailer we got was not comfortable, dirty and junky. The tv constantly went out. I will never rent from this company again. It was nothing but a hassle.

We were able to park under a shade tree in a decent sized spot which also had TV, sewer, & electricity. Check in was easy & a sweet family helped us check in & even guided us to our spot. I went to the Cummins website & Bill's Diesel was the only game in town - Van Horn Texas. These gentlemen were 1st class. Prompt, fair & knowledgeable. They solved our no start problem in minutes. He charged me his hourly rate for the service call & I gave him all the cash in my wallet. When you're stranded in the middle of nowhere without the knowledge to solve a no start issue on your own - all of the cash in a wallet was well worth Bill's body of knowledge - over 40 years. The sites here are ok, on the smaller side and close together. Mostly level but prepare to check. It is kept very clean and tidy. There is a great walking path around the park as well as a dog area, lots of games and a kid zone. There is also tons of artwork around the park that are great to look at. There is 1 bathroom & shower for men and 1 for women. You can hear the traffic on i10 but that's ok as it dies down in the evening. In fact the only thing I heard at night was the giant American flag waving in the wind above us. The staff is great and of those that looked like full timers or seasonal customers they were all nice and kept their areas clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The amenities here are wonderful, and the entire park is spacious with plenty of spots and the sunset is so beautiful!! One thing we really appreciated was the dog park -- it actually has grass, which is hard to find and made such a difference for our pups. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and always kept in great shape, which says a lot about how much management cares about the park and its guests. The management team has been incredibly sweet, respectful, and welcoming, and that kind of hospitality truly changes the whole experience. It just proves that treating guests with kindness and respect goes a long way and makes your stay so much more enjoyable. The pool is awesome, the playground is perfect for the kids, and the sunset views in the evenings are absolutely beautiful. On top of that, the other guests here have been so kind and friendly, which adds to the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. They also have an outdoor patio area with a tv which if great for an outdoor hangout. They also have washer/dryers on site as well. This is a big, beautiful park with plenty of space, great amenities, and an overall positive environment. We're so grateful we found this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly RV park.
