On July 13, 2023 I contracted with Alpine to install a Hague Filter to remove Iron from my irrigation system for $3,760.77. My sprinklers run at 4am and I did not suspect any issues after installation. However, my lawn started to experience grass fungus issues and in April, 2024, I had my irrigation system tested. It was determined that the irrigation system was limiting the pressure required to run my sprinklers effectively, and water was pooling in areas where the sprinkler heads would not rise due to low pressure. When the filter is bypassed, the system runs without any pressure issues. I immediately contacted Alpine and requested they rectify the problem. They sent out a technician and confirmed the Hague Filter does not allow adequate taking accountability that they sold a very expensive product that they should have known would not work. To resolve our dispute, I offered two options, 1) refund my original purchase or 2) install a 2nd unit to see if that solves the problem. I agreed that if we pursued this option, I would not be refunded for the original unit but I would be refunded for the 2nd unit if the problem was not solved. Alpine has offered to install the 2nd unit and refund 50% of that unit if that does not solve the problem. This is not acceptable to me. I paid for a luxury product under the assumption that it was appropriate for my system. read more

We installed a whole house and a separate drinking water system last week. Vitaly was our sales representative who came by the house, and he was fantastic. We have an older home and there was a problem with our main water line (which we did not realize at time we signed contract), that Alpine sent out contractors to immediately correct without raising our installation charges. There ended up also being another problem with our refrigerator not being able to dispense the water correctly and once again, Alpine immediately sent out a contractor to ensure that our system was working as we wanted it to. We are very happy with both our whole house and drinking water systems (water and ice so much better now), and very impressed with the level of quick and professional service. I fully recommend not only getting your water tested (which will surprise you) but also using Alpine for your equipment, installation and service, these guys are great! read more

Dan and Rob were amazing to work with! They arrived to meetings promptly, efficiently explained the system to me and scheduled the installation for two days later. Rob arrive promptly to install the unit and was great to work with! He cleaned up after himself, informed me of the various steps he was taking and explained the system again to me.
