I have used him in the past with mixed reviews but figured because he lives so close we might be able to get past the other issues. But Donovan is very untrustworthy. The first project I had him do for me was a water supply into the house. He told me it would cost $250 but ended up charging me closer to $400. I wasn't too worried about this because he gave me a price over the phone and obviously things changed in person. The next job I had him do for me was change three toilets in my house. Over the phone he told me it would cost $250. I supplied the toilets and after's worker was done putting the toilets in Donovan came over and told me it was going to be $380. I still had the original amount written down on appointment time written down on the post a note when we talked the day before. It was like he was on drugs and totally forgot what he told me the day before. Against my better judgment I thought I would try to give him one more chance but either he does drugs or is extremely unforgetful because every single time you talk to him it's a different answer/ attitude. They had to cut my sheet rock to get to the concrete wall where the pipe was. They replaced the pipe as well as all the plumbing under the sink and patched up my concrete wall. They even snaked my drain that got clogged, and did not leave until my sink was working perfectly. Donavon and his worker I believe his name was Dennis were professional and very detail and will not over charge you for the job that is needed.
