Rhonda and Ed have been fantastic! My Daughter and…read moreSon-in-law recently relocated to the Forest Lakes area in Minnesota . We were having a difficult time finding availability in the area. We thankfully met Rhonda and Ed at North Shore Apartments. The community is an older community but looks well maintained. It sits right on the lake shore with a million dollar view! The apartment they showed us was clean and very spacious. They both showed a lot of pride with what they have accomplished since being the management team since June 2018. While we are still in the process of securing the apartment our experience in dealing with them has been wonderful! If you want a more personal touch from a company they are the ones to turn too!

I was an overnight guest and was informed via a sign on the door that I would have to park in the cul de sac as the lot was for tenants only. I was assured that parking in the cul de sac would be okay during winter parking hours due to it being the "apartments cul de sac". I received a ticket while parked in the cul de sac. When confronted the management took the sign down and said that it wasn't their fault. I wish 0 stars was a choice.

Finally, we sent an email and someone FINALLY returned our call and we scheduled a showing the following Tuesday. She was supposed to meet us at 2pm for a showing and surprise surprise she never showed up!! We called and called, but she never answered. We left and went back home. I called her again and she finally answered and asked if we could come back. Excuse me? Why the hell would we make an appointment in the first place?! 2pm was the time we could make it and apparently the apartment manager doesn't respect other peoples' time. She asked if we could come back tomorrow then and promised someone would be there. So we went back at 2pm the following day and her caretaker met us. Showed us an apartment that he claimed was going to be vacant in a week because the couple in the apartment had domestic violence issues (not my business). He had us fill out 2 rental applications and told us he would call us as soon as apartment was cleaned and ready to move in. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE EVER AGAIN! Yep, a place with disrespectful employees! After hearing about the domestic violence disputes from the caretaker and the fact a homicide happened there months prior...we decided to never attempt to get in touch with them again. Steer clear of this place at all costs unless you like people wasting your time!!

He and I are both finding it impossible to contact anybody in office. Every number I call online gives a busy tone then hangs up. The apartments I'm trying to rent now are trying to get ahold of you to confirm my rental history but they can't get ahold of anyone either.
