They use a slow pasteurization process which makes their cream much more creamy. I can't say enough about how amazing this ice cream tastes. I'm partial to the Carmel Praline but their chocolate is fantastic too. They also sell their own milk and ice cream cakes. If you are in the area you have to try their ice cream and best of all, they are open all year. Ice cream is for all seasons not just the summer.
