Whenever I am in town I like to visit. They have amazing prices and the ice cream always taste amazing :)

Awful experience. Totally excited to bring my Mimi here who's never been and the girl at the window was so off putting. Mimi asked to just try a little of their soft serve bc she's never had it before and the girl looked like she had 3 heads. Then, because we were traveling home to eat our ice cream, Mimi asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge but just asked if all the hot fudge could be on the side. When the girl went to tell her boss he yelled at her right in front of us. Not nice. We watched him fill up the hot fudge on the side and it was only enough for a sundae not extra. We told the girl and she fought us tooth and nail saying she gave us enough hot fudge until we finally walked away. So so rude will never go again. The boss was not nice meaning the other workers thought they didn't have to be nice. So upsetting and a waste of money. read more

The location is kind of a nightmare. The turn for the shop in right in the middle of a hill with awful traffic. Stop here and got milkshakes with a friend. We both really enjoyed the drive-through. Not exactly our first choice to go to, but it's definitely an option. The staff if friendly and the menu has plenty of options. read more

I'm new in town and I've been looking for a perfect milkshake like I had in Atlanta. I typically like a strawberry shake but they had a sign advertising apple pie....mmm now I love me some apple pie so after passing this place about 20 times I decide to pull over and try it. The lady was new but very friendly and helpful so no complaints on customer service. The soft serve chocolate is probably my favorite in the whole valley. I don't come here super often because it is on the pricier side compared to other local shops, but it's really delicious. My go to is the mint Oreo flurry. I avoid the candies (KitKat, pb cup, etc) because they tend to be waxy. Definitely give the soft serve a try. read more

This is one of many ice cream shops in the area. Nothing out of the ordinary. I like the slushee float. That's the only thing I get from them aside from one time I was in the mood for a twist come with red dip on it. Unlucky as I am, I had to throw it out as soon as I got it since it started melting from the very first lick. It was rather upsetting and we couldn't turn around to ask for a cup because they closed down their window extremely fast as soon as we received our orders. We rarely ever go now. Been here a few times since the weather started warming up. The ice cream is not bad but there is no consistency at all. I ordered a large and the person in front of me a medium... The medium was double the size of mine. One time is fine but every time I order I receive a different amount of ice cream when ordering the same size. read more

Really neat local ice cream shop. They have a drive through. They sell hard and soft ice cream, Italian water ice, sundaes, slush puppies, flurries, floats and novelties. Seems to be Hershey's ice cream products. The lines can be a bit long but they move quickly. It's a little tough getting in and out of their parking lot but a nice place overall. read more

This was a disappointingly terrible experience. There were some promising sundaes, so my girlfriend and I ordered one each. Mine was decent, hot fudge sauce and toffee pieces with some coffee ice cream (could have used more ice cream). The other sundae though.. Well we asked if it came with chocolate ice cream and we were assured it did (if it didn't we would have ordered something else), but instead it was handed to us full of vanilla. I asked if it was supposed to come with chocolate, the same person (immediately after being asked the first time) this time said no. I asked if we could have it with chocolate and she said "yeah we could probably do that. But I would have to charge you again." I explained I wouldn't be eating the ice cream and asked why I should pay for it if she messed it up and misinformed us, and she just said we don't do that here. I decided not to pay them again for what I asked for the first time, something seemed really wrong with that, plus they probably they would have messed it up again anyway. So I trashed it and walked away. Terrible service. So guys bottom line.. It tastes okay. But the service sucks and you better pray you order something simple because something as confusing as a sundae seems too much for them to handle. read more
