I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the conduct and services provided by Alpine Towing Inc., located at 3500 NW 67th Street Miami, FL 33147 in connection with a towing service I paid for regarding my commercial property. I recently dealt with an unauthorized homeless encampment located on my vacant commercial property. To properly address the situation and proceed with a coordinated cleanup effort involving several Miami-Dade County departments, a trailer located on the property had to be removed. Taking responsibility for the matter, I personally contacted Alpine Towing and arranged for the removal and destruction of the trailer. I paid the company $664.40 for this service. While Alpine Towing did initially remove the trailer from the property, I was shocked to discover two days later--when the scheduled cleanup took place--that the same trailer had simply been parked approximately one block away. This allowed the individuals who had been occupying my property continued access to the trailer and its contents, completely defeating the purpose of the removal. When I contacted Alpine Towing to question why the trailer had not been destroyed as agreed and paid for, their explanation was that they were "giving the people a chance to retrieve their belongings." This was not the service I paid for. Based, on the agreement and payment, the trailer should have either been secured on their premises without public access and later destroyed as requested. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, representatives from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office and the Commissioner's Office had to get involved and confront the company. Only after this intervention did Alpine Towing respond and finally move the trailer to their secured property. I personally had to follow the tow truck and witness them place the trailer behind their gate to ensure the service I paid for was actually completed. I have documentation supporting my complaint, including proof of payment and evidence demonstrating that the trailer was improperly relocated instead of destroyed or secured as agreed. This experience was extremely frustrating and concerning. A company providing towing and disposal services should be held to clear standards of honesty and accountability. Based on this incident and similar complaints shared by others in the surrounding community, I strongly believe this matter warrants further review. Alpine Towing are thieves! read more

They should close for business! Absolutely horrible! My car was towed by this company, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. The employees had poor manners and were rude and dismissive when I asked questions about my vehicle, making an already stressful situation even worse. While customers were present, staff members were openly vaping inside and behaving in an unprofessional manner. I also noticed personal WhatsApp conversations displayed on the company desktop in plain view, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and privacy in a customer service environment. When asked what south dade lien LLC was they told me they couldn't tell me on the phone. If I drove for 2 hours to come see them in person they would explain the 198 dollar charge. I had a very disappointing and unfair experience related to the towing of my vehicle at the Towers of Westland Condominium in Hialeah, FL. My 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid (silver) was towed at 3:06 a.m. on April 20, 2026, by Alpine Towing Inc., under the claim that my parking permit was not sufficiently visible. However, this claim is inaccurate. The parking permit was clearly placed in the front area of my vehicle, positioned between the sunshade and the rearview mirror. While it may not have been displayed in the most ideal way due to the use of a sunshade, it was still visible from the front of the car. When I retrieved my vehicle, I personally took a photo from the front that clearly shows the permit. In contrast, the photo used to justify the towing was taken from an overhead angle, which does not accurately represent the real visibility of the permit. This situation feels unjust, as I was complying with the parking requirements. Despite presenting evidence, the decision has not been reconsidered. I was forced to pay towing fees for something that I believe was not a valid violation. I hope this review helps others be aware of how strictly and, in my opinion, unfairly these rules may be enforced. read more

This delay was unacceptable--especially considering Warren Henry's reputation and the trust placed in Alpine to represent a luxury brand & worthiness of their roadside program. This delay was not only operationally unacceptable, but personally dangerous. I was returning from the veterinarian with my sick cat, and due to extreme heat, my sister had to intervene to remove her from the vehicle. I remained inside for over two and a half hours, with windows and trunk open, in temperatures reaching 105°F (photo available). As someone managing diabetes, the prolonged exposure led to symptoms of mild heat stroke, nausea, and tremors. I left a message regarding my physical condition, and multiple calls were placed--including one specifically regarding my health--yet there was no follow-up, no inquiry, no concern. When the tow truck driver finally arrived, there was no apology, no offer of water, no acknowledgment of the situation. The response was purely transactional, focused solely on the vehicle. This lack of empathy and failure to act on known health risks reflects a level of depraved indifference that is wholly incompatible with the standards of care expected from a luxury brand partner. This experience did not reflect the premium care associated with Land Rover or Warren Henry. Alpine's handling felt more akin to a discount operation than a trusted luxury brand partner. I strongly urge Warren Henry to reconsider Alpine's continued involvement with your clientele. The lack of urgency, empathy, and accountability poses a reputational risk and undermines the trust placed in your roadside assistance program. How an organization handles a problem reveals everything about its management, mission, and training. In this case, the absence of follow-up, compassion, and basic client care speaks volumes. I was in an establishment that was closed and the parking lot was empty. It was an office building that was not in operating hours. They kept requesting more and more documentation to release the car...knowing that if stored for more than 6hrs, the fee would increase. I have to sit my mom back in the apartment and rush downstairs to my car! I explain to the tow truck driver the situation and he says that it's not his problem! That I have 2 minutes to Zelle $145 or he takes my car! I Zelled the money but what I should've done was call the police - it was very wrong - I had just parked for a medical emergency! We ended taking my mother, who is elderly to the hospital - she cannot walk so we have to park near the elevator to get her in the car! Very wrong to not have empathy for people - I was dealing with a medical emergency! The people that work there have no empathy - they are a bunch of crooks! First, they say they only "Tow" the cars they are told to "tow". Meaning, they are not aware of what they are doing is legal or illegal. It's not a secret that towing companies are not the most ethical. My personal vehicle was towed out of my personal parking spot with a *VALID* parking pass. When confronted, they just tell you that they are "providing a service" and that you need to take it up with your association. The night they tried to tow my car, they slim-jimmed my door because they thought that i had my emergency parking break on. When they realized it wasn't on they just dragged my care like 20 feet with the back tired locked up. The next morning, my car would not turn on and when I reached out to them they had "no record" of ever being at my community. Luckily, one of the neighbors caught it on video. After showing them the video, the rep just told us "its not in our system - contact your association". All I know is that my car worked before they hooked it, and stopped working afterwards. An absolute joke. My Volvo broke down right in the middle of SR 7 during rush hour with my gf driving and they were called by Volvo roadside assistance. They (Alpine) call her beforehand and she tells them that the car will not go into gear, they need to bring a truck that can handle it. So the guy shows up and says he can't get tow the car because he has the wrong equipment, that he can't be responsible, and just leaves her there on side of the road. Then OVER TWO HOURS LATER they send someone with the right truck to take the car to the dealership. What a joke of a company. Our car was in the road with other cars wizzing by for nearly FOUR HOURS. In addition to the $145 maximum towing charge allowed by law in Miami Dade County, Florida they added another $231 they called it a "communication/administration fee" for sending a letter. They couldn't show me proof of the letter or why it cost that much. They also claimed to have stored the car 2 days which is a blatant lie because I had used it the night before.
