They were very apologetic and told me they had been in contact with the local branch. The local branch manager also reached out to me to apologize and confirm the full refund. I thought this was a generous resolution and very much appreciated it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unacceptable Service & Communication - Forced to load their trucks for them and left with a ton of uncollected junk. We are a non-profit youth program that recently attempted to clear out four storage units worth of items. Much of it needed to be disposed of, so we hired Junk Punks MKE to help us clear out. We don't expect any person or company to be perfect, but every single minute of their service was one problem after another. Here was the series of events: 1. Late Arrival - The crew arrived 30 minutes past the scheduled time window. 2. Truck Already Full - The first truck showed up more than half full from other jobs. 3. Breakdown & 4-Hour Delay - That truck then broke down, and it was four hours before a replacement arrived. During this time, we had to repeatedly call to get updates as there was little communication from them. In all my experience with disposal and moving companies, they have procedures in place for trucks breaking down, Junk Punks clearly did not. During this time we ended up taking several loads ourselves with our own truck. 4. Second Truck, Same Problem - When they finally returned, the replacement truck was again over half full of other junk. 5. No Crew Left - By this time, the majority of the junk team had gone home for the day, leaving us to load the truck ourselves. That is labor we specifically hired Junk Punks MKE to provide. I do want to commend Meech, I assume he was the team leader, for being the only worker to return. He was apologetic, and doing his best alone -- I felt bad that the rest of the crew left him in that position. 6. Unfinished Job - The second truck quickly became full again, and because it was the end of the day they had no plans to return to collect more of it. Because of this, we were forced to rent our own U-Haul longer, incurring an additional $185 in rental costs on top of the disposal we must now complete ourselves. 7. No resolution - When I reached out to their company, they told me they would give us a total of $350 off for the inconvenience. I had felt this to be fair enough of a resolution for the experience. However, they never processed the full refund or sent additional communication. Since we ended up doing the labor for them, it would have been cheaper for us to just rent our own trucks and do everything ourselves. We do not recommend Junk Punks MKE.

So I went in to do the paperwork, and brians friend, who's like 60 (gross) told me I had a great ass!!!!! He followed up with" the rest of you is nice as well" ..The owner, Brian, laughed and told me repeatedly to go give him a hug....I was very uncomfortable to I signed everything and left...I'm sorry, but that's sexual harassment...The following day I returned because the hubcap was coming off, a speaker went out, and when I went over 70 it shook and make a weird noise, oh, and the keyless entry didn't work. I was treated HORRIBLY..Brian, the owner, complained that he had to pay 200 dollars to clean my car.....and that there was body damage...his 2nd grade educated staff looked it over and drove it several times and there was NO body damage when I dropped it off...He was swearing at me, accusing me of being a scam artist, and said it shifted funny, when upon purchasing the Civic, I volunteered to have the fact that a new transmission was just installed and to have the auto body that did it, fax verification....the auto body did fax him the invoice.....he was out of control, even with proof in his hand it was brand new...I requested, as I was told at the time of sale I had 30 days to exchange, parts, etc....to get a different vehicle that was the exact same price of the Honda...they refused and ignored me...I WAS sitting there til close and they refused...I left crying because I was verbally bashed and ignored.....I told my boyfriend what happened and he told me to bring him the invoice......They are thieves...scam artists...the Kelly blue book value of my car was 3917.00...on the invoice it said n 4917.00.....I was like wtf!!!!!! Upon adding everything together and talking to a reputable dealer I was informed that establishments like this sh**hole put their offered "discount" ( Brian offered me 1000.00 off) and add it to the bluebook price to hide the fact that you never were issued the discount in the first place....I mean who the hell gives u 1000.00 over Kelly blue book?! After calculating the figures several times...brian and durham auto fraudently altered the contract and overcharged me 1180.00...my bf is an engineer...hes not stupid....I was LIVID!!!!!!!!!
