I ordered a YSS-875EXHGS soprano sax from them because their pricing was very competitive. I used the chat function to ask a question, and received an email from one of their staff, Victoria. Victoria personally helped me through the process, and walked the sax down to shipping herself to make sure I would receive it quickly. I did not feel like I was dealing with a large multi outlet store online a continent away (I am in Hawaii, Alto Music is in New York), I was dealing with a specific person that wanted to make sure I had a good purchase experience. The sax that I received had some manufacturing issues. Victoria quickly made good with the return and worked through ordering a replacement sax, and made sure I got it as soon as possible. Victoria was personable and extremely responsive to my emails. Based on my purchase experience, I highly recommend Alto Music. It is a first class operation.
