I specifically called to request both a pump and an inspection, as we've been having ongoing issues with our septic system. When the team arrived, they only pumped the tank and told us they don't do inspections. This was frustrating because the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they offer both services. We needed an inspection to understand the root of the problem, and their lack of follow-through left us feeling misled and disappointed. Now we need to find another septic company just to come out and do the inspection, which is an unnecessary hassle that could've been avoided if they had been upfront about their services. While they're quick for basic pumping, I wouldn't recommend them if you need more thorough septic services or clear communication.

He was unable to locate our tanks because it was buried more than 3 feet in ground and he recommended someone to come and locate it for us. After we had it located his crew of Michael and Hudson came and dug it out and we had a riser installed so it is ready for any future problems.
