While I can't speak for the whole company itself, my experience was not great. I called through…read morethe App for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle to change a booking on the app and was told that the wait would be 25 minutes, however it took way longer than that (around 45 mins), so I decided to cancel the booking through the app. I couldn't see where the driver was either through the tracker on my phone. So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25!
