They offer both homeopathic medicines as well the standard medications. Dr. Jimmeh (who sadly left during COVID) was the most knowledgeable and helpful, she was one of the best pain/neurologist doctors I've seen ever. The staff is always helpful, and easy to work with, Especially when BC/BS messes with medication coverage. Sadly after Dr. Jimmeh left I was put with another doctor, him and I didn't see eye to eye and my confidence in the Doleys clinic lagged. I may have left but I would still very much recommend them as one of the few good pain clinics in the Birmingham area. Ultimately for me anyway finding folks who would listen to me, and help me work through what I was going through made a huge difference in my life. I would have thought that would be the kind of help you would get from a practice such as this, unfortunately that wasn't my experience. Your experience or mileage in this case may vary or be different from mine, and I whole heartedly hope that to be the case. I haven't detected an ounce of compassion, care, or empathy from anyone I've dealt with here so its not a place I could recommend you go if your looking for help as I was.
