He gave me a prescription for a med and it worked good and then the next refill, my current pharmacy changed manufactures and the it made me feel very sick. I called and left a message to let him know and he suggested that we send it to a different pharmacy which worked out the first time. Last month, he sent the med to the wrong pharmacy and I have been trying to contact him since. No response, the pharmacy reached out to him several times and he won't answer. Why would you put someone on meds and just stop responding? This med is horrible stopping and then starting again. I won't be back.

I would not spend time here unless you want someone to falsify your medical record and harm you for months then pretend like they thought they were helping. The people who worked here are absolutely delusional and to have to move states to get away from their harm and to see they tried to send their advice when I had tactfully ended things and secured proper care. You would not believe how ill equipt these people are to solve meaningful problems and you do not need to be lobotomized out of your independence to subsidize them. Here's all the advice you need. I had to work with them for 3 months to get a credit for a missed appointment that the office told my daughter we wouldn't be charged for but we were. Then my daughter had an appointment. I called patient support and billing 2-3 times in advance to point out that she had a credit and to make sure that her co-pay would be taken out of this credit. I was assured over and over that it would be. Then I was billed $48 for the appointment yesterday. I called billing. They were rude and told me they have no record of a credit. Additionally, when viewing invoices in their portal, it shows that I've been paying $5 for her co-pays when in reality I've been paying $30. Patient support always tells me that the Pelham office will call me back but they never do. And I can't call the office because they removed their phone system. Yes - I wrote that. They actually removed their phone system so that patients can't call them. You can only call a call center. God, please let this whole Ally Psych corp that sprawls across 9 states get sued and close down. It is corrupt, incompetent and appalling.
