Over the course of this year we had high hats installed, chandelier, dimmers Inside. Outside had motion detectors lights installed. They did a great job we did have to call them to come back twice there was a problem with the two backyard motion detectors. When I called the first time, they were out within 24 hours and the second time they were back in 24 hours. They replaced the rear motion detectors with brand new ones. We are delighted with the recent lighting and energy-saving equipment ALT ELectric Services, Inc. just installed in our home! We had called owner, Anthony Diodato, to have an electrician come to install a new lighting fixture in our bathroom. While Cody installed the fixture, he clearly explained several options so that the end result would be exactly what we wanted. Anthony stopped by to meet us as new customers and to thank us. As we talked, he noticed that the lighting in our large kitchen needed improvement. The three lights over the sink and food prep area were different shades of white/yellow. He showed us LED fixtures which fit perfectly and now give bright light over the entire area. The tube lighting above the upper cabinets was also white/yellow. Cody installed 3 LED tubes and it's amazing how much more open and bright the entire kitchen has become! We are also very pleased that Anthony told us about the availability of a surge-shield product that could be installed on our electric panel. We now no longer have to pay FPL each month for surge protection! In summary, we are grateful that the appointment for the installation of a fixture has given our 40 year old home a beautifully lit master-bathroom, our kitchen a brand-new bright appearance, and a surge-protected home at a lower price. First Off, the 2 technicians are VERY PROFESSIONAL! We had ALT Electric come by to install some chandeliers, fans and recessed lighting. After the techs installed the living room chandlier, their was a humming sound coming from the chandlier. I called the company where I bought the fixture and they said to change out the bulbs and dimmer switch. I ordered new bulbs and a new dimmer switch, they came in today. So why am I being charged $200+ to come out and installed new bulbs and a new dimmer switch when the first one was NOT working right. The owner does NOT let you talk, HE is Right and You are WRONG kind of attitude. I do not ACCEPT rudeness! I do not appreciate the owner to tell me if you give him a bad review, he doesn't CARE! Do Not Use This Company. You have to chase this company all around, send a dozen voicemail, text messages etc all to fall on deaf ears. They do not follow up with any customer service after point of service don't know what materials they but quality is poor. It is also difficult to get them to return any phone calls or messages that you send them. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from a contractor, and I have been dealing with contractors for over 20 years. The reviews were great so I gave it a shot. Said he would call me right back and never did. Went elsewhere.

He installed generator hookup for my home. Charged 650 bucks to install bare bones equipment without safety lock. I bought it for 50 and installed myself because it's illegal without it. My estimate later came out to 300 in parts. Took him fifteen minutes to install. Charged extra 150 for small surge protector that took five minutes to install. My research showed 50 of parts. Surge protector was too small for level 1 protection. I bought a real one (80 vs 30 size) and swapped it out. His one didn't even appear to work. Good thing is he got me going. I like the setup he put in. But he promised to come back and review but didn't. I felt price was a little high especially for the surge protector that didn't appear to work. I didn't like the sloppy marker writing on my new panel. And he should have never installed this without an interlok. It can be fatal if you flick the wrong switches. And you're liable if you injure someone as a result of accidently back feeding the power line. Fortunately, that can't happen anymore with the interlok I installed. read more
