I contacted JL through yelp and got a preliminary troubleshoot finally also indicated the need to get it into his shop. Again responding that impossibility I was surprised with the response "do I need to pick it up". Do I need to continue? A response, a transport, of course the repair and full checkup and some pointers to better use and maintain the snow blower. Information strangely not found in the owners manual.
