We signed contracts and the project started. Leanne oversaw the project from demo to completion. She is very artistic and sees multiple opportunities for improvement. Do not pay her up front! She kept $30,000 out of the $46k I gave her for my project, money she did not earn and is keeping from me. She will tell you that she saves you tons of money by having things made in Mexico and buying used things on CL, but I was very disappointed in the garbage she spent my money on. We're now pretty much just throwing away all the crap she bought for our house. She decided not to communicate with me any longer and completely cut me off and kept most of my money. Be very careful with her, she will take all your money and she has no mercy about it. I could never just keep someone else's money without having earned it, not sure how she can sleep at night.

Christen was EXTREMELY helpful in providing us with paint ideas and taught us how to test paint colors on the walls the right way. NO MORE painting and then realizing we don't like the color. It was very apparent the years of experience she has and she really helped in all aspects (ideas, paint colors, samples, etc.). Christen also provided assistance selecting outdoor colors, as we also were looking to paint the exterior. We love how everything turned out in our initial project and plan on using CPM again soon. Jessica was nice enough, but the final outcome was not good. After spending the day in my condo…read more(empty), I spent 3 hours the next morning cleaning so my tenant could move in. The floors were dirty (Swiffer just pushes dirt around). Stove top was greasy, light switches were dirty, cob webs in several places, streaks on mirrors, toilets still had cleaning solutions inside. I asked her to return and finish the job after sending her photos of my findings. The only evidence she had been there was one light switch had been cleaned, and the stuff in the garage she offered to remove all (left some of it there), then left a full garbage can from garage stuff. She knew I had a tenant coming in the next day (with small children), so the floors needed to be much cleaner. She said it would be $420 after I left her a check, and she made it out for $460 (left a tip in cash as she said she would complete the job). I don't recommend this company. If she is willing to make it right, I will remove this post.
