Last conversation(2 1/2 weeks ago) I was told it had been sitting there for 4 weeks and she hadn't had time to get to it yet due to a family issue..... well thanks for a phone call... Not sure how they have stayed in business this long with this kind of customer service. I STILL haven't received a call from them. With Spring right around the corner we are quite upset that she won't be able to wear it at all. I will NEVER do business with them, and I will tell anyone who will listen how I was treated.
