She tried to say my mother didn't remember what she was told by Mike last year when she ordered her shoes. My mother is elderly, not stupid. Seeing my mother upset infuriates me. The woman stopped helping my mother without saying a word. She started helping a woman whose business she wanted. My home needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They came on time, were friendly and professional. One bathroom had stuff sticking on the floor that I couldn't remove, and they took care of it. The shower was disgusting but they cleaned it and made it like new.
