Was there at least 8 to 10 minutes with no offer of help and they all just kept talking to each other. Approached front and stood there for two or more minutes and still no acknowledgement that I might need help. When I was leaving the store the sales clerk said "have a nice day". I said "wear a mask". I will never go in there again. The place is not safe and the clerk is not helpful.

Sometimes they are the lowest price even compared to Amazon or Ebay. Staff is sometimes fun to talk to depending on who is working. The owner Travis really helped me out when he first opened his store in Albany. It has been about 10 years since then and because of that I have always been a loyal customer!
