Driveways have not been back bladed for days after the snow stopped. Sidewalks were not even fully cleared from the first snow and now that a second snow and freezing temperatures have set in they are horrible to clear. They say they will be there on property and they show up, drive the truck around the roads but don't do any of the driveways or sidewalks. We elected to do the one price for all of our snow removal. Maybe that's where we went wrong. There is no incentive to make more trips since they have their money. Also not sure if they have enough equipment or manpower. I only say this because across the street (same complex) is another association and they have a different snow removal company and they have had excellent service from what I can see. I'm very disappointed. Our association manager has fielded over 60 complaints from residents on this company's snow removal service.

Rain King installed my sprinkler system so badly that after a few years underground pipes have…read moreburst. I had Stone Cross landscape investigate the problem. Apparently, Rain King used too much glue on the pipe, which made it brittle and burst. Furthermore, Rain King installers were so lazy they put my sprinkler valve box in the middle of my back yard. This looks like crap and the valve box is in the flow of natural rain water to run through, so the box gets filled easily on rainy days. Rain King refused to move the valve box after installation, because it would cost them too much money. Is this a really bad company and there should be a negative star rating for them.

When Phil came out to give us our quote, he charged $500 for them to bring in fill dirt to fill the…read morelow spots in our yard & under our fence as we had requested the fence be level, not wavy like our yard was. Once the fence was installed, Manny Martinez came out to fill in the gaps. He DID NOT bring fill dirt. He took all the dirt to fill under the fence from the new subdivision construction going on behind our home. He just piled the dirt and told me to call him when it settled after the rainy season & he gave me his card. I called several times to have him come back out and told him on each message that he needed to bring the dirt. We never received a call back or the service we paid $500 for.
