We purchased our home largely because the inspection they performed came back clean. Just DAYS after closing, we started experiencing major foundational issues--with water literally pouring into the basement. We've had four separate basement and foundation experts come out, and every single one said the issues should have been caught during inspection. We now need $30,000 in foundation repairs. On top of that, our AC unit is too close to the gas line, which is not up to state code and also should have been flagged. We've tried reaching out via email, phone, and text--and have received no response to remedy the issues. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. This inspection will cost us tens of thousands of dollars and enormous stress. Avoid Wiemann at all costs.

He had to completely rewire our entire circuit breaker panel, to install a whole home surge protector and to replace one of our GFI outlets that blew. He got right to work and had to order a new panel to be delivered from Des Moines to Iowa City. Frank rushed here and got right to work helping Jeremy finish the job.
