The withdrawals from this medication is terrible and they will not help in any way including answering their phones or returning phone calls . I have been trying to get my medication for almost a month all on my own with no help from them . This never took longer than 3 days in the past . They won't return phone calls to the insurance or Pharmacy or anybody else that may help . The staff seems as if they don't care about the mental health of their patients . I went from living and almost normal life to square one Starting Over Again .

I felt like he honestly didn't have good social skills. If you want to change therapists you also have to have a uncomfortable conversation with the one you're seeing and tell them that you want to see someone else. Also called me 2 hours before my second appointment and said that they were changing it to over the phone which I already told my therapist I wasn't comfortable with that so I just had to cancel it. Then 2 weeks later on the morning of the appointment to make up for the second one that got canceled they call me 3 1/2 hours before my appointment and again tell me that the doctor wasn't in today and was going to be doing a over the phone appointment. So I've now gone 4 weeks without seeing him and would have to wait another 2 weeks to see him. I just decided to not go here anymore. Completely terrible the way this therapist was acting and calling about my appointment changing the morning of is inappropriate and rude.
