The place is run down, most of the interactive areas are out of order, the blocks in the pits are falling apart. Police caution tape around areas. They need an upgrade, especially for the price. We have a membership but every time we come something is broken or you can't use the area. Whoever owns this franchise needs to do a major upgrade. I should've known this place was bootleg when I seen they had a baby in the back work area. Baby was probably no older than 2-3 years old !! TERRIBLE first time experience!! soon as you walk in the first double door you immediately get smacked with a smell of corn chips ! YOU'RE NOT EVEN FULLY INSIDE THE PLACE YET and you smacked with a smell I'm very aware that it is a trampoline park but I've been to plenty and the smell at this place will genuinely make you want to reconsider but it was my nephews birthday and I wanted to do something with him before he left home. Fast forward the both of my nephews were playing dodge ball when another kid older than them were playing very aggressively aiming at their heads and one of my nephews was getting upset because why are you playing like that ? anyway my nephews come to tell me what was going on so I go to talk to the mother of the kid and the mother started to give me attitude yelling telling me to ask my nephews NO! I'm asking you because you're the adult so let's talk . They stand by while two boys jump and beat another boy. Then get nasty at the moment of the boy beaten by two mean boys. If you don't mind your child being beaten and nothing being done this is your place. I have limited interactions with altitude, but the few times have been positive since we have organized birthday parties here. Each time the assistant helping us was always very kind and attentive. They kept us updated if there were any changes and answered all of our questions. My only minor gripe is the price and add ons that have changed over time. Avoid this place at all cost. When you try to talk to management about an issue, they get confrontational. Even when the issue was between guests. Management is there to de-escalate an issue, NOT make one worse. Rather than resolve an issue when reached out to after the incident, they just block people on all social media platforms so they can avoid accountability. They also have zero staff that will eliminate any riff-raff. Also, the popcorn is stale, they only have 1 flavor of icee working, and 1 option of chips to choose from for snacks. Waste of money! I brought my littles here for the morning toddler time. I love that this feature is offered, it's nice to have somewhere for little ones to let out some energy and gain some confidence with their motor skills. Overall the park is a nice size, plenty of jumping space and features. There were only a couple other parents present, so it was easy to share the park. I also liked that they had kid friendly music on the speakers. My reason for marking down the stars is that it was dirty. There were crumbs and candy on the floor that my almost 2 year old kept picking up around the entrance. Some of the trampoline pads had gum stuck to them and candy wrappers, popcorn, and other snacks were littered about. There were also quite a few places with old water bottles, Gatorade bottles and paper cups. Seeing as it was only 11am and they opened at 10, I doubt they had a party that just ended. One staff member seemed to be busy getting stuff in order. The other two sat with their phones out and chatted. At the end of our session I asked to use the family restroom (it's kept locked), but decided against using the toilet after seeing how dirty it was. We just washed our hands and left. A step stool would be a nice addition for children in the restrooms. If you decide to come here I'd suggest coming in long sleeves and pants and then just shedding them at home to wash. read more

This place has potential. The day we visited was a Wednesday, but during Holiday break for kids from school. So you would think they would have all attractions open. The high course was closed, 2 key jump pits closed, and 1 worker doing check in and food. Do not come hungry! They don't have any hot food items. Only candy and sodas. Also, it is not a drop off facility unless they are over 16. They did seem to be watching that rule. It was a clean facility and equipment was in decent shape. He feels like he is family when he shows up, Carlos is very nice and friendly and always willing to help. They love the Basketball court, and Dodge ball. I think this place is great for all ages. Right off the bat, I was instructed, not greeted. I stood in line to have my son start jumping. I was told I needed to sign a waiver. Stepped out of line to sign the waiver. Then was told to go back to the end of the line (one family was in line) in quite a rude manner. The young lady at the front desk looked as if she hated her job. And enjoyed being rude. Really 0 stars. $80 for a toddler, child & adult. None of the added "games" were even open (dodgeball, wipeout station, walk the wall all closed off). This place is NASTY. Not like normal trampoline park nasty but NASTY. Gum stuck on all the mats, cups and bottles everywhere. Foam cubes that looked like they were rolled dirt. There was a pill laying between the mats & pretty sure someone took a poo in the ninja course foam pit. No organization or supervision. I have been a member for a little over a month. I've taken my kids 4-5 times. We always go first thing in the morning when they open. The floor and trampolines are always litter with trash, dirt, socks and misc stuff from the day before. In the two hours we are there no one is ever vacuuming or cleaning where the kids actually play. Also, my older kids have been waiting to go on the ninja course and every time we go there is an excuse why they can't open it. The employees just sit in the office 99% of the time. It seems like at least one of them could be cleaning up. When I got my membership they had a banner up that claimed "no commitment" and then after I paid $20 a kid to sign up they told me that I had to pay $20 a kid to cancel. Okay so let me say this place has gotten absolutely AWFUL. The amount of teens running around, pushing small kids and being completely inappropriate with their language makes me sick. I use to bring my children every weekend. We went for the first time in months last night. I was blown away by the teenagers cursing, pushing each other and running through the place. I had my 1 year old with me and he was sitting on the floor, and was kicked IN THE HEAD by a much older teen. My 7 year old was playing dodge ball and the staff that was in the dodge ball court was screaming and yelling at everyone, I even heard her say "get the F out of here" to a kid. My daughter absolutely loves this facility. During the week they have a toddler time in the mornings. They allow younger children and their parents to use the entire facility for a reduced rate, I want to say $5-$7. No older kids are allowed to jump which means the littles can play freely without risk of being trampled. The facility is clean, well kept and has nice amenities. we have been members of altitude trampoline park Gastonia for over a year now. we are so disappointed time and time again as this location keeps getting worse and worse. from jump areas being closed, floors coming up, seating area has holes, trash all over the floors and trampolines, no locks on the cubbies, to the restrooms being in disarray. this location is in need of repairs and a deep cleaning. the staff that was there were on their phones and talking with each other. not one person was picking up the trash or doing any type of maintenance. Altitude Trampoline Park in Gastonia will NEVER get my business again!! We had Gunners bday party there this past Saturday (Jan 13) from 3:30-5:30. The kids got to jump and no sooner than we get in the party room the power went out. We had the remainder of his party in the DARK. We had to turn our flashlight on our phones on so we could see while he was opening his gifts. We had to stay in that room unless we were leaving and could not use the restroom. The total of his party was $427.13 after taxes and I paid a deposit of $119.44 when I booked the party. So I owed 307.69. The day after his party they were calling for payment and sending a link through text for payment. We did not agree with the amount since the power went out half way through his party. They decided to discount the remaining balance to $224.75. They knocked off $82.94. We still did not agree with the balance they were wanting us to pay, so they had a cop contact me and let me know that if the payment was not received that I would have a WARRENT FOR MY ARREST. I was not asking for a free party, but they could have atleast knocked off half of the price of the party since half of it was spent in the dark. To say I'm upset is an understatement!! read more

BEWARE. Over the summer (June 2021), signed my 2 kids up for the monthly membership. This is where you pay $10 per month per child and they can jump anytime for up to 3 hours. To sign up, you're charged $60. I was put on the spot with 2 kids ready to play so I went ahead and paid it. After a few times going, it became boring. Monthly, Altitude Gastonia continued to charge my card $10.71 per child for a total of $21.42 per month. In early November, 2021 I decided I was tired of paying this when my kids didnt even go anymore. I called in to ask how I would go about canceling the membership. I was advised I would have to come in to cancel. I went in last Friday November 19,2021 at 2:00 pm to cancel. I had to pay $20 per child (plus tax) totaling around $43 just to cancel the memberships. I even asked the girl up front if since it had been MONTHS since we visited if that money they were still deducting from my bank account could be used to cover these fees and she said "absolutely NOT". I made sure to verify before I left that after I pay this fee my card would not continue to be charged the monthly fee. She said after you pay this cancellation fee you will be ok. Fast forward to this morning (day after Thanksgiving) November 26,2021 I had two notifications on my phone. Altitude STILL CHARGED MY CARD THIS MONTH $21.42 even though I canceled the memberships. I am BEYOND PISSED. I wanted to type this review before I try and dispute this with my bank.
