We enjoyed our visit to Superior Play Systems. Our kids needed to get some energy out but it's was incredibly cold outside. This was the perfect fix. Check in was pretty simple. You must sign the usual waiver and it costs $15 per kid. There are 10 playgrounds, 4 trampolines, and 7 basketball hoops set up. Each playground has unique features. My toddlers had a blast running through them all. I love that the floors are padded throughout the playroom. There are several seating options around the walls for parents. There's also a picnic table in the middle of the play area. This place is great for cold or rainy days. We'll definitely be back. read more

I recommend this place to all my moms with toddlers all the way to preteens. Wide selection of difficulty; something for every age range )excluding babies). It's affordable(ask about charity play before 1pm) , clean, well lite, and huge! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Come check it out! It's a hidden gem for sure. Not a problem for us at all but I do want to specify it's not air conditioned however they have huge industrial fans going(not loud at all) but it does get warm and the kiddos do get hot and sweaty. No outside food or drinks, bring your water you'll need it! But incase you forget or drink all they do sell some for $1 a bottle. read more

Nice play area to take the kids (including teens) for some indoor physical activity! However there is a limited number of equipment to play on. The outdoor play equipment, trampolines or the basketball. Admission on the weekends is $6 and weekdays $4. Not a bad deal when it is raining or blazing hot outside. read more

Horrible customer service. This was our first time visiting for kids free play only to find out that stopped last year. I told the guy where I had found it online and it said free so he could pass that info along to get it taken. He quickly caught an attitude and said what do you want me to do about that. He smacked the sign behind him three times reiterating the price change as I sat completely speechless contemplating leaving. While my kids did enjoy themselves the rules posted were not followed. This is not a review of the company's equipment because I was not let into the facility. This review is for customer service only. Myself and my 2 kids, another mom and her 6 kids (and her mother-in-law), and a third adult watching over 3 kids all carpooled to this facility. The mom with the 6 kids drives a passenger van that has plenty of room for additional passengers. When an employee saw us all get out of one vehicle, he ran outside and said that we couldn't come in because they don't let groups in until after 1 p.m. (I think it was around 10:30 a.m.). I explained to him that we had carpooled there but he said because we got out of a single vehicle, we were, by definition, a "group" and could not go in. It was clear by the number of families that were let in while we were standing there (trying to figure out something else to do), that we would have been welcome if only we had taken 3 separate cars. Also, I'm quite sure that if we had parked around the corner and each of us gone in separately, there would not have been a problem. Another employee did come out and try to offer the mom who was driving something for our inconvenience (maybe free passes?). The problem is that the mom who owns the van and was driving is Deaf and she had no idea what he was saying. She looked to me to interpret (I am hearing) during which time he just turned around to walk back into the building. I called after him at least 3 times (I loudly said "sir") but he just shook his head and kept walking like he couldn't be bothered by us anymore. Bottom line is that if you carpool and it's a time that they don't allow groups, then don't let them see you get out of one car! Also, beware if you are Deaf and want to visit this facility. read more
