As mention before they are a distributor for many different brands so you can order from the website for pieces they don't have in stock. Overall the style and quality is quite functional, not high end or European style. The prices appear to be reasonable. We were in a market for a futon and saw a solid steel frame with mattress for 260+. Upstairs they have whole bedroom sets along with dining tables. The guy behind the desk was also quite friendly and was able to answer any questions. My only issue is with the website you can't actually see prices without requesting a quote which is sort of disappointing if you want to shop at home. Only one staff member was masking although everybody was distancing. This was my first time visiting a Habitat for Humanity store. I still have not bought anything from these stores before, but this place was super busy on the Saturday morning. The first floor has a small section for electronics, mainly old CRT TVs and other random electronics. They have many desk, tv stands, chairs at very good prices. Depending on your luck I can see how you can make off with a very good deal. The chairs themselves were very old and I could not see myself buying a used recliner. The basement has tons of hardware material well organized. On the second floor is home goods. Lots of the merchandise on this floor is very very old. Overall if you like second hand goods this would be your store. FYI there is no clothes at this store. There are no clothes at this second hand store but everything else is abundant. If you're into antiques, I would definitely come here. They have everything from inexpensive jewelry to high end antiques. The aisles are overflowing with cool stuff! Every single nook and cranny is filled with neat knick knacks! The owners are not only knowledgable about their antiques for sale but also very knowledgable about Urbana history. It was great chatting with them! The only criticism is that their items are a little pricey in my opinion but it's all in great condition so you don't have to do any of the digging you do at other second hand shops.

I walked around while my MIL spoke to her and found several options that she could've shown to us. We asked about some samples of leather finishes and colors that were on display and were told that those particular options may not be available. That struck me as odd. Why were they on display then? Walking around the store, I noticed several leaks in their ceiling with buckets precariously placed to catch the drips. I also saw several desks/work areas in severe disarray. That was extremely off-putting. I might visit just to check out the clearance items, but nothing more.

They had a large selections of fabrics to choose from. The one we chose looks great in our living room and will wear well. The upholstery job is first-rate and our chair and love seat look brand new.
