Our PUD is building a fiber optic network in our area that will offer up to 1 Gig and when it comes online, Inland will lose many customers. So, Inland, what are you going to do about the lack of bandwidth in our Exchange?

They arrived early, replaced and my old worn out line and secured the new one so it would be out of the way and had me up and running within an hour. Like many these days, I work from home and require Internet that will allow not only my computer to function properly but also my work phone which uses the internet connection as well. After having confirmed the security code of the account they were dealing with, they proceeded to cut every internet line to the house, and refused to apologize or take blame. Nobody but spectrum cut our lines, and it's very obvious the company is very disorganized. After being told it was not their fault in anyway, I was told to have a great day with no solution to the problem. Very disorganized company.

I always prefer going into my local office instead of calling. Most of the people there are really nice and very helpful. It is true that when your promo price ends you have to jump through a couple hoops to keep your price but I don't know of any TV or internet company that you don't have to do that with. I have tried dish and direct and after the very cheap rate they start you with it goes way, way up and your stuck behind a contract. I've been with charter on and off for over 10 years, I fell for the low promo dish and direct price myself, but always went back to charter. I was surprised when I first bought my place and found out they had service way out here. The TV is rather reliable. There are times that it will pixilate but it is almost always a loose wire, and I think 2 times now I just took the box in and exchanged it and that fixed my issue. Internet is 6 times faster then anything else available. I remember 3 times it actually went out and wasn't for very long. If speeds are slow reboot your modem and router. After extended use the ram and or buffer can fill or glitch, it's a part of using electronics your computer and phone are the same. Sorry to ramble on just wanted to share my experience with them, plus if they leave I'm stuck with sat or the massive 1mps century link got me lol

The second person I talked to said there were no fees. He said that there was a special going on and the $50.00 activation fee would be waved. He also said that since I already had a fiber box and a router that the $100.00 installation fee would be waved as well. I was really concerned about a cancellation fee as we are going to be moving. The third person I spoke with got my billing information and reiterated that there were no cancellation fees. I got my first bill and there was no fee. The second bill magically had an activation fee. I called them and they refused to remove it saying that some box was checked that said they told me about the fee.
