I don't recommend this place. The doctor is rude and dishonest with the insurance charges. My legs got worse after treatments.

I've done several procedures here with Dr. Massoudi and loved all the visits I made to the offices in all the areas. I'm not sure why people are saying he's a rip off or that the place is shady. They are stingy and picky if they expect every business to be 100% perky and amazing. Nothing is perfect in life everything has its flaws. Maybe their attitude is what messed up their visit. Who knows? But I can tell you he is the best doctor and makes you feel welcome and the ladies at the front desk are amazing and become part of your life. Come give the place a try! They do amazing work on the bodies. read more

I went to this doctor today. They had a small waiting room with fresh flowers. I like fresh flowers in the waiting room it gives it more class. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. The second I got in the receptionist asked me to fill out the paper work which seemed like a lot. I hate filling out paper work. Once I finished my paper work they took me in. The doctor was friendly and funny, many doctors do not have good bedside manner and do not make you feel comfortable. The assistant was too serious and he was all business. I wish he would lighten up a bit but he did not. I had a procedure done which was pretty painless. I got few injections and half an hour later the procedure was done. I am home now resting and feeling pretty good. The doctor seemed to know what he was doing, I hate incompetent people. I look forward to my results. I will keep you updated!!! read more

I had a very small, quarter-size spider vein (but very stubborn!) that I've been wanting to remove fro a while. I went to other clinics before I made it to Dr. Ramtin.. One place wouldn't do a procedure, claiming the vein is too thin for a needle.. The other offered me a very expensive laser route, which didn't seem to be right.. Dr. Ramtin removed it in 3 visits and 3 shots - that easy! Thank you so much!! read more

I called Aluna to inquire about a few of the specialty services offered on the website and was greeted by Mariah who not only was rude but knew next to nothing about the services offered. I would recommend training the phone representatives in not only customer service but knowledge about the actual procedures being done at the facility. Unfortunately due to Mariah I will not be seeking procedures from this establishment. read more

I went to this doctor last week for my checkup. He is really great, and he spend a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

I've had great experience with Doctor Massoudi ONLY on his subject of expertise, which is ONLY for veins in legs, afterwards when I started trusting him on other cosmetic areas, I will start with the last 2 charges that I remember, first was a $6,000.00 for my face, which I don't know exactly what he did, just told me trust me and u will have major change on your face!!! Guess what??? nothing happened!!! stupid me let it go that time, again I trusted him and paid $1,900.00, without any before and after pictures, which I have them all, but he don't, so this time I decided to DISPUTE my payment from my credit card and I am fighting for it, wish I would of done it for my $6,000.00 too!!! I could of done a mini face lift with this money!! thank god I didn't trust their cosmetic surgeon!! so the office is out of what their expertise was and has become a RIP OFF office!!! if you want just go for your veins and nothing else, don't trust anything he says with hi!!!s marketing or sweetness!! Stay away from this center. They are just after your money. I have mild spider Vein on my legs. Once a year I do Sclerotherapy Asclera procedure that almost %70 disappear and comes back the next year. This year I decided to try Dr. Ramtin Massoudi in ALUNA cosmetic. He was charging twice as much as the other places. During consultation I asked him if he could inject and cover all both legs for that very expensive price ($375 for 1/2 hour). He said he will do his best. During procedure he worked only on unimportant part of one legs and try to distract me by pointing to the far up part of my leg that I didn't care to be fixed. He wasted time as much as he can so at end he covered only 1/3 of one leg. Then he said times out. I was so upset and so desperate for having this on both legs.I even offered him $100 more to do both legs. but he refused to do the rest. He said you have to come back in month and pay another $375. Then he send me to a nurse asked me to pay additional $100 to help me stop bruise. I never got any bruise with other places and therefore I reject to pay additonal $100. I paid $375.00. I regret so much I step over ALUNA center. There is bruise all over my leg now . He only wants to rub you. Stay away from him. read more

Unfortunately I wouldn't get the chance to even see if their light therapy was any good. I called and talked to Mariah to inquire about BBL Phototherapy and at first she said they didn't do it, then repeated back a completely different procedure. Was not competent to answer phone. Then Arezoo got on the phone and said they don't even do it when there website has pictures of many before and afters. Stay away from this place sounds completely shady read more

I am a physician and i was referred to Aluna Vein Centers by one of my colleagues and I had a free vein consult, Dr. Massoudi recommended that I need a procedure but he did not accept my insurance. He spent a lot of time to explain about treatment and how I can get treatment with my insurance. After I had my laser treatment I went back and I had the rest of sclerotherapy treatments with Dr Massoudi and I have done other procedures with him since which I am very satisfied and happy. I have recommended many of my friends and family which they had amazing results as far as fillers and Botox. read more

Dr. Massoudi is incredible... Went in for veins that were really painful and some that were just ugly. He spent a lot of time with me during the consultation explaining which veins needed treatment and what the procedure would be like. The procedure was extremely easy and he was a pro--- if I knew it were that easy I would have done it a long time ago. read more

I came to Dr. massoudi for under eye fillers, something I have been very insecure about for years. After the procedure we noticed bruising under my left eye. I was told it would go away so trusting him I left it alone weeks went by the bruising went away but I noticed bumps under my skin. I let him know and he told me it would go away. I contacted his office several times updating him on the situation and all I was told is that it would go away, now it has been over a month I am still struggling with these bump under my skin. I consulted with another doctor and was told that my procedure was done wrong and these bumps are the fluid that was injected in and would have to go through another process of fixing that and redoing the initial injections. It was very obvious that he did not do the procedure correctly given that I had both sides filled and only one side bruised. I have asked Dr. Massoudi for my money back but he and his office will not comply, treating me as if I am not an important patient. I went to him to boost my confidence but all he did was make my situation worse. I would not recommend going to this office for any cosmetic procedures, first they did a terrible job with the procedure, and knowing that they will not do anything to correct their wrongdoing. read more
