I don't recommend this place. The doctor is rude and dishonest with the insurance charges. My legs got worse after treatments.

I went to this doctor last week for my checkup. He is really great, and he spend a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

I went in this week for sclerotherapy, and immediately upon walking up to the building, I felt it was a poor choice based on how it looked externally. Inside, it was dark, cold, and unwelcoming. I would recommend adding warmer white tones to the walls to brighten the space, as well as frosting the glass in the front, street-facing entry and the surgical room (inside and out) for privacy while still allowing more light in. Better storage, new ceiling tiles, and other upgrades are more than deserved for this exceptional team, and I hope to see it on my next visit.

The representative told me that everything was set and that I should head to the clinic. However, about 10 minutes before my arrival, I received a call from the same call center, informing me that my insurance does not cover vascular vein treatments and that I would need to pay $200 if I wanted to see a doctor. I was confused but continued to the clinic, only to be told again that they follow the call center's instructions and there was nothing they could do. Not wanting to waste more time, I left the clinic and called my insurance provider, Cigna, to find out why vascular vein treatments weren't covered. The Cigna representative told me that there seemed to be a mistake -- USA Vein Clinic is within the Cigna network, and I am eligible for treatment, although surgeries are not included. I called the USA Vein Clinic call center again and provided my insurance information, but they continued to insist that my insurance was not accepted. I called Cigna again and confirmed with them that USA Vein Clinic is in-network. Eventually, the call center representative was able to find the information. Please understand that this review is not about the clinic itself, but rather about the incompetence of the call center representative I spoke to in the morning. Unfortunately, I do not know their name. Because of this one employee's incompetence, I lost three hours of my time.

I had one varicose vein but most of my veins were deep so not a cosmetic decision it was a swelling and pain decision and I did not want it to advance to thrombosis. I had Laser treatments (three in each leg) along with sclerotherapy (three times in each leg) I was so afraid of doing this, I am a complete baby with needles. Dr. Lee and her staff from nurses to office personal truly made this experience a good one (because hey it is kind of a weird thing to be awake for) with GREAT results. I have no swelling or pain in my legs anymore - life changing procedures for me can't thank Dr. Lee and her staff more. Dr. Lee is a highly skilled doctor from diagnosis, treatment to recovery, you will be in great hands - highly recommend.

Center of Advancement of Cardiac Vascular Interventions (to be referred to as CACVI in the…read morefollowing) is a board of group certified consultants in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and endovascular interventions hence the acronym. Yelpers, may you never need theirs or other such services. CACVI is also a surgery center where my husband's cardiologist's privileges preferred/referred him to perform a pacemaker regeneration, that's battery replacement. For the record, my husband has always eaten well, exercised but sometimes cardiac issues are electrical, hereditary. We arrived at 8:00AM. No one in the reception area but after a quick minute via CCTV our surgery center nurse acknowledged us. Procedure was swift, professional. While in the reception area waiting for my husband to clear recovery time period, I noticed that since Covid, masking is no longer required in medical settings, respiratory hygiene is back to pre-pandemic levels, even though risk of variant mutation infection is rising. CACVI staff behind three foot plexi glass barriers openly coughed, sneezed (Virus aerosol can "jump" such barriers and hang in ambient air for up to 2-hours.). I was masked because I cannot bring infection, especially Covid or RSV home to the love of my life!
