If you want a law firm that lies to you, does not take care of your medical needs, hires people for your team that never answer, don't do their job and overall just make you do all the work and receive all the stress I 100% recommend. It's been verified by several receptionists, and other case managers that not everyone is competent at this law firm. Stacey and Deysi were very attentive until they weren't. Ronald was absolutely incorrect in everything he said, pacified my 67 disabled father just to get us to stop calling. Ashley was on our case for over a week and has been completely unreachable and when she was reachable she stated she was a mother of 3, she's busy and she didn't notice I was trying to reach her even though I called every number possible associated with Alvandi. They've changed my case manager 3 times and they it was verified by 5 employees they accepted over 350 cases this week and are trying to make it work with them and existing clients. I'm talking over 18 missed calls, over 8 emails ignored, 12 text messages ignored in. I went 20 days ignored trying to schedule my father's primary care appointment who is in excruciating pain. I had to call the clinic to schedule his appointment and arrange transportation since I'm active duty and away from my father. Just completely disregarded us as clients. We had a nurse case manager named Kathryn who did NOTHING the entire time. Instead I had to call the clinics, CNA, and our case managers to get ANYTHING done and scheduled . By far the worst experience I had ever had. I can back every single statement up, I have emails, texts, and calls on hand. This isn't made up, over dramatized or a lie. When I tell you I did more for my fathers case then my actual legal team I mean it but they are going to go ahead and take their chunk of the settlement , act like they worked hard for it and do the same to the next client. I currently have a case ongoing here. I was referred by a friend. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel. At first I did not even realize I was injured as I was unaware what carpal tunnel meant. But it killed me every time I typed. I would take breaks typing and pauses here and there but man my right hand really killed me the most out of both. Along with that the pain would circulate to my arms and wrist. I've been working at my job for 5 years+. I get along with everyone great. I love the environment the staff is very professional and great. I would of never imagined bringing a Law Suit against them. One day I was talking to a neighbor and she told me she was experiencing the same thing with her hands and that it was called carpal tunnel. I never had a problem with my hands before until now. They hurt way more while working of-course. So she advised me to tell my HR. So I did. HR told me to take breaks here and there but that's it. Did not offer me to see a Dr. how my neighbor explained to me an employer should. So I contacted this firm and spoke with the paralegal there Sheila, she was very helpful and courteous with her consultation over the phone. I told her her their location was too far to go meet, so they sent me an Investigator to my home to assist me in filling out the retainers. Now I am attending a Dr. and getting treatment / medication. The attorney's sent me to the Dr. by the way. My job didn't even offer. They also sent me to a Dr. in my county which is San Diego. Very convenient for me. So far everything is good. I am just waiting on what the next step will be since I have never done anything like this before. This is why I only give 4 stars. I was injured on the job a few months ago. I naively thought that my workers comps doctors had my recovery in mind, but they soon showed me that was furthest from the truth.
